  We celebrated our 15th anniversary here in Geyserville at Coppola Winery and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Unfortunately, this place was an absolute nightmare. For starters, the room looked decent at first glance, but some of the furniture was made of particle board and had huge chips in it. The shower temperature handle was loose, so when we took a shower, once you put it towards the hot position, the handle would fall immediately to the "hottest" position and you would have to adjust it or hold it at whatever tenp you wanted while bathing with the other hand. We were told we were upgraded to a balcony for our anniversary with a view. When I walked out onto the balcony, the view was nothing but a construction site lol. The worst part about this place was the noise. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear everyone talking in the hallways and in the rooms next door. We heard people talking loudly until midnight, and the noise started right back up at 5:30 in the morning. To make matters worse, our room was located right next to an ice machine in the hallway, so you can imagine how loud that was throughout the night. Inside the room theres a mini fridge and it kept power cycling or doing something all throughout the nignt making a random noise every half hour or so. Every time we finally started to doze off, someone would fill their ice bucket, have a conversation in the hallway, or slam a door in one of the nearby rooms. It was a constant cycle of noise and interrupted sleep. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway to celebrate our 15th anniversary turned into a complete nightmare. If you absolutely have to stay here, do yourself a favor and bring earplugs!

  Great access to the freeway but the rooms are nice and quiet staff were very friendly very helpful rooms clean it's only like I think 2 miles from the airport so it's perfect for us. Plan to stay there again in a couple of weeks. Especially love the pillows! I would definitely recommend this is a great place to stay. They have a gated parking lot which is very comfortable.

  Room was almost 300.00, 105 degrees out, NO AC, no other rooms avaliable & NO refund, no comped stay, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️‼️
