  Antonio and Delia super great service! There was no beacon serving but Antonio went back and get me some it was so nice from him. Delia great service she came to our table checking if everything was good. Definitely I will recommend this hotel 10 stars and above thank you so much for everything❤️🙏 Also big shout out to Mrs. Ollie and Angelina always on top about the breakfast if we need anything thank so much breakfast Team…

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed and plenty of stores nearby, which made our trip even more convenient. The breakfast was really good, with a delicious variety of fresh options each morning. A special thank you to Antonio for being so kind, caring, and welcoming during our stay. He made us feel at home, and his excellent service made breakfast even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his hospitality. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

  Although the surrounding neighborhood looks a bit rough, the hotel itself was surprisingly clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and the room was spotless. The 4th floor room is quiet. The hotel also offers indoor parking, and it's also easy to find street parking in the lanes nearby. Another plus is that there's a 7-Eleven right across the street, making it very convenient to grab some food and drinks.

  The hotel was very clean, including the common areas. Our room and the beds were spotless and very comfortable. The only minor issues were a slight odor from the carpet and the WiFi was a bit slow. The breakfast offered a great variety of options. A special thank you to Mrs. Lalie’s in the restaurant for her excellent service. She was always attentive, friendly, and made sure the guests were well taken care of. Also the reception staff was attentive and friendly.

  The Holiday Inn in Santa Monica. All their staff is great. Awesome from Checking in to checking out. I would like to mention Lolie This wonderful lady is our breakfast lady. The breakfast area is always clean. Very presentable. Food is prep on time and clean Her customer service goes above and beyond. She’s very outstanding and always on the lookout to see if it customer needs any assistance or anything. She’ll get it for you. People like her or hard to find. Thank you again Holiday Inn for having these kind of employees that go above and beyond. Thank you.
