  Rooms are clean but you can hear people walking on the hall going to their rooms. The front desk during our check-in was less accommodating good thing the manager has better personality.

  Again, as I have in the past, for this hotel, I give my highest recommendation. The breakfast was amazing, the amenities were perfect, the beds were so comfortable. The best part of my experience was the staff. Mr. Osman, Director of Sales, was kind and accommodating. Even as he trained new staff he demonstrated consummate professionalism. I can't even begin to describe the smile on his face for every person that walks through the door—knowledgeable, inviting, and calming. You will want to come back I am certain.

  Good. Staff are nice. No water in room unless you're and IGH member. Water for purchase at front desk. Some gum or sticky stuff on wall art in room. Looked gross. And found one small bug on the floor. You can hear everyone outside your door.

  I think the Holiday Inn Express in Walnut Creek is a great value if you're looking for something with a great location. The hotel is clean, conveniently located and offers a decent breakfast. But what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service I've received from Tom at the front desk!!! He is very friendly, efficient, and attentive!!! Great job Tom! Because of you're great service, we will definitely be returning! :-)

  Checked in for a night on last minute notice. The rooms are clean, the property was clean, check in was easy, they have Dove Shower Soaps (which was appreciated for a last minute booking), 12pm check out and a decent breakfast bar.
