- EREric R2 days ago1.0Elevator violently shakes at the 4th floor, worried it's going to fall. Has 2 coffee machines at breakfast but one permanently broken, the other breaks after every other drink. Lids don't fit cups. Out of most of the breakfast foods (yogurt, bananas, milk, eggs) and never replenished over an hour. Bathroom fan doesn't work. Wallpaper peeling. Bird crap all over the windows. Internet periodically drops.

Before we checked out, my SIL and daughter made sure we don't forget anything. And to our amazed, they found things left behind by guests and trashes behind the couch bed.

Before heading out, I requested a towel and bath soap. When I returned from my excursion, nothing had been delivered to the room. They had taken the dirty towels but hadn't left any clean ones. I called the front desk, and they told me to come down to pick up the towels and soap myself. Front desk staff not very friendly compared to other Holiday Inns.
