  Worst hotel experience I've had. Rooms have no power until you arrive and I walked into an 87 degree room that never got under 80.

  Overbooked while we were well over 5 hours away from home. Negligence is not appreciated and thankfully we were able to book elsewhere but others may have difficult circumstances.

  I’m a Diamond Elite member. They gave me a dirty room with hair in it, then went to the bathroom and water full of nasty stuff came out of the bathtub. They had no other rooms, didn’t find me another hotel and said couldn’t give me a refund for multiple days even though I had to leave the room. Horrible, horrible hotel. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn express again

  I had a really solid stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Visalia. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-kept, and the overall experience felt smooth from start to finish. Management: Rosalina does a great job as the manager. Everything felt organized and running efficiently, which really showed in the quality of the stay. Supervision: Amber, the supervisor, stood out for being professional and helpful. She made sure things were handled quickly and guests were taken care of properly. Front Desk: JT at the front desk provided great customer service. Check-in was easy and he was respectful and attentive throughout the interaction. Overall, the staff made the stay comfortable and reliable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Visalia.

  I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Visalia. From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth, welcoming, and comfortable. The property was clean, well-maintained, and everything felt organized and professional. A special shoutout to Amber for being incredibly kind and helpful during my stay. she made the experience better with her friendly attitude and great customer service. I also want to recognize the manager Rosalina for running such a well-managed and efficient hotel—the leadership really shows in how everything operates. Lastly, shoutout to Jayven for making the stay even more memorable. Overall, the staff went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone staying in Visalia.
