    The breakfast associate was amazing. I think he name was Amada. Best attitude and always willing to help.

    Stayed 4 nights. Enjoyed our Stay, staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was good. I did see our flag outside completely thrashed on the pole. There is a tree that has grown less than 3 ft from the tree and had destroyed the flag. I asked the staff if we could take it down, they said I was the first to say something. Because of time, we had to go. We come back that evening, staff told me they properly had removed the flag. Out of respect, I please ask, Best Western, can you please remove the tree by the flag pole and place a flag back up. Thank you and thank you for the kind hospitality.

    We travel quite a bit. Whenever possible we always stay with BW. The Visalia hotel really raises the bar. Aces across the board. I will continue to be patron. Amanda, Ashley, and the evening cookie lady, all top notch. Thank you for having quality service people. It's hard to find these days.

    It was a noisy hotel. The laundry room is loud for the bedroom upstairs. The A/C and alarm clock clicking are noisy. The doors were slamming all night long. The breakfast room is really noisy specially with the metal chairs. And the location was not what we were expecting : we thought we would be downtown.
