  Erica at the front desk was able to resolve a request for me and I truly appreciate her attentiveness to my request and understanding my situation and most importantly….she followed through on her promise and Erica exemplified going above and beyond !!!!! Thank you!

  I stayed here with my family for two nights while traveling to Channel Islands. Check-in was okay, staff aren't exactly attentive, but not necessarily rude. My big issue is that even though staff acknowledged my Platinum member status during check in, even reading out loud my preference for a room away from the elevator, we were put in a room directly behind the elevator. The room was very noisy and my text message explaining this was ignored. I've been a Platinum Elite member since 2018 and now currently also an Ambassador with IHG. I was not given early check-in or a room upgrade, and the hotel did not look especially busy given that it's summer season. The front desk staff are not friendly either, they seemed bothered every time someone approached them. The rooms are very clean, which is appreciated. Do better Holiday Inn.

  We've stayed at this property several times over the years, we always come back. Very friendly staff and beautiful property location. A beautiful view of the Harbor from our balcony . Pet friendly is a huge plus! Breakfast was great , and of course the cinnamon rolls are amazing! The beach is literally about 1 mile from the hotel ❤️ Would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express!

  This property is clean, affordable, and they also have a good breakfast and daily housekeeping! Also the front desk staff and manger were all very friendly and not just transactional. Plus it's located right on the marina, and is within walking distance to shopping, dining, and parks. In addition to that, it was also an easy driving commute to wherever else we wanted to go (beaches, downtown, the expressway, neighborhood stores/restaurants, and the church we worshiped at on Sunday) The only things I didn't care for, were that you have to walk next door to The Sheraton to use the pool instead of the property having their own, and parking is 12 dollars a day. But at least that 12 dollars covers you all day, instead of other hotels/resorts where you have to keep paying, everytime you leave and come back. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!
