- MDMark DunavantJul 15, 20261.0Service and location were OK but the room was not clean. They don't clean the room unless you ask but it should be clean when I first check in. There were pubic hairs all in the shower. There was a wet spot on the carpet that looked like urine. When I tried to take a shower, the handle just fell off in my hand. A simple thorough cleaning would have gone a long way. I'll be back in the area and I'll be looking for a better place to stay.
- SBSofia BeeJul 14, 20265.0Stayed here three nights with my teen daughter to explore Los Angeles. We've stayed at the Woodland Hills Holiday Inn Express but I think I like this location more. It is more centrally located for us. We were able to get to the Kia Forum easily via 405. We were also able to get to Universal in about 20 minutes. We were on the 7th floor, so pretty quiet. Breakfast was plentiful. Sausage one morning and bacon the next. The elevators are a bit scary. I swear one smelled like burnt rubber and it looks like it's been awhile since they were inspected but we survived. I would definitely book here again as a Platinum IHG member.
- KEKhanda EJul 6, 20261.0The room was clean, The breakfast was very disappointing. The sausages that were brought out were burned and overcooked. When I asked if they would bring out more, the staff didn’t respond or acknowledge my question. The breakfast quality and service both need improvement.
