  Our three-week stay at IHG Van Nuys was comfortable and enjoyable. I was visiting for work and brought my family along. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We requested daily housekeeping, which was provided, and the breakfast was good as well. The only downside was the laundry facility. We had to tap our credit card multiple times because the washer or dryer would occasionally stop before completing a cycle. Unfortunately, restarting the machine required us to pay again, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and appreciated the hospitality of the staff. Aside from the laundry issue, everything went smoothly, and we enjoyed our stay.

  Yesterday I stayed there for one night. I got woken up from the smoke detector because it needed new batteries. They should keep up with the maintenance on these things. Second in the morning, I went down to grab the complimentary breakfast. There was only a small amount of potatoes left. This was at 8:30, and they stopped breakfast at 9:30, so I had no choice but to go next door to Denny's. I'm very disappointed because I use Holiday Inn Express when I travel for business and vacation. I hope in the future this doesn't happen again in your facility to other travelers.

  Briana the rude and nasty receptionist needs to be fired. She put us in 2 back to back rooms that were stinky and had broken equipment. She didn’t even check to make sure the rooms were good, just kept sending us to shithole rooms. Then blew me off when I came back to the desk to ask for different room. This place is a DUMP from the rooms to the even trashier customer service. Ghetto asl.

  I always have a comfortable stay whenever I choose Holiday Inn Express. The pricing is very reasonable, and the staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Plus, the breakfast is fantastic—a great way to start the day. Highly recommended if you're staying in Van Nuys area!

  I’ve stayed at several Holiday Inn Express locations, but this property stands out for its consistency and standard of service. From check-in to check-out, the premises are kept spotless, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and well-managed. ​A special mention goes to the manager, Alfonso, and his entire team. Alfonso sets a fantastic tone for the property, he and his staff are consistently courteous, attentive, and professional. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless and comfortable stay!
