  A very pleasant experience. Isabel who cooks and sets up breakfast is so so kind. This hotel has a great staff, comfortable beds, and a calm atmosphere .

  Hotel stay was as expected, not disappointed at all. This particular occasion the room has a slight sour smell to it. But the main event was the breakfast! Isabel did a phenomenal job, everything was delicious and she went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were met and added extra things for my children. I can honestly say that these were the best omelets I’ve ever had in my life. Thank you, Isabel!

  The check-in staff around 7:00 p.m. on August 13th were very friendly and welcoming, as were the front desk and breakfast staff. They were also very accommodating with my room requests. The location is great, in a nice, safe-feeling area very close to Six Flags. I actually enjoyed being on the freeway side because the noise doesn't bother me and I liked the view of the park. The room was clean overall, although the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Our lotion dispenser was filled with hand soap, but the front desk happily gave me a small bottle of lotion when I asked. I personally don't care for the strong, chemical-like scent of the Dove toiletries or the pump dispensers and would prefer bar soap and a more lightly scented brand. I also wish weekend breakfast opened at 6:00 a.m. instead of 7:00. There were already about 10 people waiting when it opened. My biggest complaint is the slamming room doors and the noise traveling down the hall. I haven't noticed this issue at other IHG hotels. I always make sure my door closes quietly, but unfortunately not everyone does. I wish this property had invested in slower-closing door mechanisms because the constant slamming and noise can be very disruptive. Overall, the friendly staff, great location and accommodating service were definitely positives. -AC

  Literally a 5 minute drive from Six Flags/ Hurricane Harbor! Julie checked us in and she was the absolute sweetest! The rooms, bathrooms, sheets are clean. They provide Dove products like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. And if you forget any toiletries, they have complimentary items! Plenty of pillows, comfy couch and a huge TV with cable! We will definitely come back for all future trips!
