  Great place to stay while visiting Santa Clarita. Hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Great customer service. Breakfast was great, amenities were more than what I expected. I’ll be staying here again next time Im in the area. The rooms were neat and clean and most of all, fairly quiet. We got a good nights sleep every night!!

  Wonderful stay the room was spotless the bed was sooo comfortable nice big 4k HD TV very quiet too and the morning breakfast was delicious alot to choose from cooked fresh very well worth the stay the price and the comfort that the service delivers to us customers thanks especially to Janeth great customer service very helpful was my first time here she explained everything in detail professionally well I've paid in the past hundreds of dollars at different hotels compared to what I paid here a great value for sure . .

  2026 september: Still the nicest hotel with super service! Nice and clean rooms. Very good beds. ISABEL is simply the best!?? ❤️🙂 She takes care of the breakfast area as of it was here home. She takes care about the customers like no other. She's a super person that loves her job so much. Always smiling, always very helpful. She is a super asset for the hotel! All of the other personel as well, but we didn't have such a close interaction with them. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I really hope to be able to return to this Holiday Inn in the future. 2024 april: Very Nice Holiday Inn Express hotel! Large and clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful personel. Perfectly located hotel for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park. Simple but nice breakfast. Parking hasn't got enough place unfortunately.

  UPDATE 260924: still ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I rated this hotel 5 stars a 3-4 years ago, as I was already very happy with the quality of the property and the friendliness and hospitality of the people working here. And I’m happy to be able to say that 3 years of visiting regularly, I still am very happy here. But this time, I also want to give a special shout-out to ISABEL, who’s taking excellent care of the breakfast every morning she’s here. She’s very hard-working, very guest-oriented, and just a super nice person. 🙏 And of course….   Disappointed with management we stayed because we had a viewing and funeral to attend but we requested late checkout they wouldn't accommodate and went into out room after I had spoken to the front desk that we needed late checkout at first he said yes but then they said no and went into our room
