  We had absolutely no problems with this hotel and were impressed with all the amenties included in our stay. They provided a couple extra towels when requesting to use their pool, the breakfast was a nice combination to eat before flying out of Ontario, and the staff were polite, professional, and friendly. The beds, hotel room, shower, and bathroom were all very clean and I would absolutely recommend someone to stay here and I would return.

  I was shocked by the condition of my room at check-in. The bathroom floor had multiple pubic hairs, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. When I called the front desk, there was no apology — just a flat response like it was no big deal. That combination of poor hygiene and dismissive service is unacceptable. Basic cleanliness and a simple apology aren't too much to expect.

  Trying to make an account on best western to book a room. Tell me why the state and country section doesn't open a drop down menu when I click on it? Their website is trash, can't imagine how bad their actual hotel is.

That is exactly what made our stay at the SureStay Hotel in Rancho Cucamonga so memorable. The biggest reason for our outstanding experience was the incredible staff—especially **Bree** and **Natalie**. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine desire to make our stay enjoyable went far above and beyond what we expected. From the moment we arrived, Bree welcomed us with one of the most genuine, friendly smiles I've ever experienced in the hospitality industry. Together, Bree and Natalie consistently made thoughtful, guest-focused decisions that significantly enhanced our stay and made us feel comfortable, appreciated, and genuinely welcome. In my opinion, both Bree and Natalie demonstrated the kind of judgment, initiative, and leadership you would expect from outstanding managers. They are tremendous assets to the SureStay Hotel.
