  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **A True Example of Exceptional Hospitality!** I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and it's rare to find a team that truly makes you feel like a valued guest instead of just another customer. That is exactly what made our stay at the SureStay Hotel in Rancho Cucamonga so memorable. The biggest reason for our outstanding experience was the incredible staff—especially **Bree** and **Natalie**. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine desire to make our stay enjoyable went far above and beyond what we expected. From the moment we arrived, Bree welcomed us with one of the most genuine, friendly smiles I've ever experienced in the hospitality industry. Together, Bree and Natalie consistently made thoughtful, guest-focused decisions that significantly enhanced our stay and made us feel comfortable, appreciated, and genuinely welcome. In my opinion, both Bree and Natalie demonstrated the kind of judgment, initiative, and leadership you would expect from outstanding managers. They are tremendous assets to the SureStay Hotel. I sincerely hope the hotel's leadership recognizes their dedication because they have certainly earned consideration for both a promotion and a well-deserved raise. As the Vice President of a locally based digital marketing company, I work with an extensive network of business professionals, clients, friends, and family throughout Southern California. Thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by Bree and Natalie, I will confidently recommend that everyone in our network stay at the SureStay Hotel whenever they are visiting the Rancho Cucamonga area.   Nice staff. Great bathroom with walk-in shower. Microwave AND mini-fridge are nice! Great room, mattress feels better than many other hotels I've stayed at. Free hot breakfast in a cute room in the lobby is a nice perk.

  The staff were friendly and very helpful. Laurita was especially helpful with additional information regarding local restaurants and providing information with other services within the hotel.

  This is my 3rd stay here at SureStay Plus in Upland and Alphonso and Bri are the BEST! So sweet, funny, charismatic, and always ready to help whenever needed. It always puts a smile on my face whenever I see they're the ones working. I've even told a bunch of friends that they need to stay here at my "home away from home" whenever they need to get away! 🤗
