- SKshin kimSep 1, 20261.0Unacceptable Experience: False Information and Misleading Listing I checked in yesterday and unfortunately have 4 more nights left at this property. The experience so far has been extremely frustrating. I booked two rooms for a 5-night stay based on their listing, which clearly states "connecting/adjoining rooms" are available. My wife and I emailed the hotel in advance to confirm our request. However, upon arrival, we were told that connecting rooms were not available. To make matters worse, there wasn't even a room available with two beds. Trusting Holiday Inn’s brand reputation, I had chosen the room assignment option at the front desk, but the result has been deeply disappointing. Because the bed provided is far too small for two people, my wife and I now have to sleep separately for the remaining 4 nights of our trip. Should I even be saying "thank you" for this kind of service? Luring guests with inaccurate or misleading room specifications just to secure bookings is unacceptable—especially for a brand in the hospitality industry. Potential guests should be aware that what is listed online does not reflect the reality at this property.

THE ONE BAD THING is they didn't tell me they charge an extra $100 for a deposit. There is NOTHING on the website when I booked that mentioned I would have to place a $100 additional hold on my credit card. Thats foul they transparency and FULL disclosure so people can plan for that... The beds were a little bit too soft but not horrible. Other than that fantastic stay! I will definitely stay here again! I made a video to show the full room but I guess it was too long it wouldn't post... Anyway nice place to stay! The outside and lobby should be done by Xmas I hope becuase I'll be back!! ♥
