  Convenient hotel because close to Union City, no safe in the room, parking is easily full, rooms a little bit old and not renovated since a while, there is no laundry service and the laundromat was not working, only good point is that they have a restaurant and the Alfredo pasta with the garlic bread was good, breakfast is like in every other IHG Holiday inn express (crumble eggs, sausage, patty, potatoes, milk)

  I stayed on the 6th floor in Room 660 for 3 nights from June 8th to June 11th. The room was super clean, super comfortable and very well furnished. The views of the mountains from my room were stunning. The fitness center is very well equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and the swimming pool is absolutely gorgeous. The front desk staff members were all very friendly, polite, respectful and courteous. I was highly impressed by the outstanding level of customer service provided by TONY, TATIANA, KHLOÉ, CHELY & STEPHANIE. These team members at the hotel went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my stay was amazing. I look forward to returning back to this hotel in the near future and I will be highly recommending this hotel to all my family members, friends and all my colleagues at work due to the outstanding level of customer service provided by the team at this beautiful hotel in Union City.

  My husband and I booked for 5 days. The entire 5 days we never received any house keeping, had tons of pay extra money for breakfast after being told it was included, the WiFi was horrible, the tv only had 3 channels that worked , our ac wasn’t working properly , beds were uncomfortable, and we had to constantly ask for towels due to house keeping not showing up the entire stay. I will never book here again $700 down the drain.

  One of the worst Crown Plazas I have ever stayed at. Room had so many damages. No parking. Breakfast was over priced and bad. Find another place.

  I've stayed at this hotel a few times, and have put up with the quality because it's a pretty good deal for the area. However, almost every time I have stayed here, the room I'm assigned has smelt like chlorine and the AC/heating system is slow and sometimes ineffective. I have finally decided to write a review because the last time I stayed there I left a speaker and after notifying staff not two minutes after checking out, was told that nothing was found in the room. I am aware that I play a big role in this loss, however my trust in this establishment's staff has definitely taken a hit.
