  Ok room but the faucet would spray water if you pushed the handle wrong, there is no microwaves in the rooms, no 24 hour coffee ( can't get coffee till after 6am and they dont replenish the coffee creamer and sugar in the room - you have to get it from the front desk) and the breakfast was terrible. It is better at a basic holiday inn.

  The stains on the bedding and furnishings were just disgusting. They were able to get me a different room quickly.

  Not bad compared to similar hotels in this price range in the area. Rooms and restroom are for the most part clean. Parking is free which is big got the area, and the security at night is keep roaming in the parking lot. I parked few times and had no issues. No microwave in the room, you have to go to the the lobby. Only fridge. Room cleaning is done daily although lot of times they knock on your door very early in the morning waking you up from the sleep. Lot of times early in the morning someone is trying to open the door without knocking, I’m not sure if it’s room service or someone else, raised this issue at the front desk. Bus stop and 7/11 are near but. 10mins to Union city BART through bus. Didn’t have any issues with noise from neighbors got the few weeks I stayed there. Laundry wasn’t working the whole time, so that’s inconvenience. They don’t even provide water in the lobby, you accident just get room for the money. But the price is very reasonable, so I wouldn’t mind staying there if I have to be in that area again

  The website claims there is a 24/7 business center. But they don't have one. They have a corner in the lobby with no privacy. Quite a disappointment that a hotel in the Bay wouldn't have a proper workspace for business travelers.

  Stay Dates: July 14, 2026 - July 15, 2026 I initially doubted the negative reviews about this hotel, but after my stay, I can confirm that every single one of them is completely justified. Their treatment of IHG Diamond Elite members is appalling. Because I booked with reward points, the hotel completely denied my Diamond welcome amenity option for breakfast. There was absolutely zero elite recognition, and to make matters worse, the hallways were incredibly dilapidated and poorly maintained. I spent hours—from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM—making multiple phone calls to IHG Corporate Customer Service for help. Unbelievably, even when IHG Corporate explicitly intervened and communicated with the front desk on my behalf, the hotel still flat-out refused to follow IHG's official policies. This isn't about a free breakfast; it's about dignity and basic respect for the rules. We stay at these properties expecting them to honor the loyalty program, not to beg for the benefits we've rightfully earned. If this property refuses to abide by basic IHG standards, why are they even part of the IHG portfolio? I highly advise avoiding this hotel. 入住時間：2026/07/14 - 2026/07/15 起初我對網路上的負評抱持懷疑，直到親自入住，才發現所有差評所言不假。 這間飯店對待 IHG 鑽石會員的態度令人心寒。我使用點數兌換房晚，飯店卻拒絕讓我將迎賓禮遇（Welcome Amenity）換成早餐，完全剝奪了鑽石會員應有的基本權益。此外，客房外的走道更是破爛不堪，硬體維護極差。 為了這件事，從下午 4 點到晚上 10 點，我打了無數次電話給 IHG 官方客服尋求協助。令人無法接受的是，即使官方客服親自出面替我與前台溝通，這間飯店依然強硬拒絕遵守 IHG 的規定。 這根本不是一頓早餐的問題，而是「尊嚴」與「契約精神」。會員按照規則入住，不是來乞求施捨，而是希望飯店履行承諾。如果連最基本的 IHG 條款都不願遵守，這間飯店又何必掛著 IHG 集團的招牌？強烈不推薦。
