  This is the second time I’ve stayed here & everything is even better than the last time! Ashton at the reception was the most accommodating, kind & helpful person (I have a handicap) & THAT makes all the difference when staff like him go above and beyond to make sure the client is satisfied and taken care of! Somebody give this kid a raise 👏🏽 Brian has great energy & was also amazing at the reception, I’ll definitely be back to enjoy the yummy breakfast prepared by Abel, good vibes all round. Turned the challenging weekend into a whole different experience. Love you guys ❤️ Hope to see you next time!

  This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and what makes it even more disturbing is that it involved an actual safety issue and an injury. I slipped and fell in the shower because the shower door did not properly close and water leaked onto the bathroom floor. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was a serious safety hazard that resulted in me getting hurt. What was even more unacceptable was the complete lack of concern afterward. I did not feel that the staff or management showed any real care, urgency, compassion, or accountability. The entire situation felt brushed off, as if a guest getting injured on the property was somehow not a big deal. The attitude from the staff was also extremely disappointing. Rude, dismissive, and lacking basic hospitality from the bottom up. There was no sense that anyone actually cared about the guest experience or about the seriousness of what happened. I work in the hotel and resort industry myself, and I am a manager. I can say with confidence that if a guest at one of my properties had a slip-and-fall incident because of a maintenance or safety issue, there is absolutely no way I would allow it to go ignored or untreated. At the very minimum, management should show concern, document the incident properly, follow up with the guest, and make sure the safety issue is corrected immediately. None of that was reflected in my experience here. A hotel has a responsibility to provide a reasonably safe environment for its guests, and when something goes wrong, how management responds matters just as much as the incident itself. In this case, both the condition of the room and the response afterward were unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone staying here to pay very close attention to the condition of the room and bathroom, because based on my experience, I would not trust that a serious issue will be handled with the level of care or professionalism it deserves.

  Perfetto per una notte ristoratrice prima di visitare il parco. Camera comoda e pulita. Colazione buona in una sala molto grande. Purtroppo la cittadina non è delle migliori e vi sono molti tizi strani in giro, abbiamo preferito alla sera cenare in camera.
