  Everything was very nice about this hotel until if I could change the room because I'm with a group the lady at the desk said no because I'm with the group and she couldn't override it the manager was the one who can authorize it because they put the Bus driver next to the train track and you can hear the train blowing his horn when he goes by every hour these windows I'm not soundproof and I am a very light sleeper I have stayed in others hotels and they have accommodate me changing my rooms even even put me away from the group sometimes if they are on the second floor they trying to put me on the first floor which is cool other than that it's nice here you got plenty of restaurants by the bed is very comfortable the room looks really nice I especially love her I really like the coffee machine now

  This is a great hotel for the price. Breakfast is good with lots of options and the pool and hot tub is perfect for kids. The room was clean and comfortable.

  Booked a room for two nights with points for my wife and two additional guests. After confirming with IHG Rewards (they spoke with the hotel) that she could check into the room as long as she had ID and my credit card they would not let her check in because the points were in my name (same last name with identification). Apparently, they have been taken advantage of before. This hotel is not in a great part of town and they treat customers like the homeless people in that area. After 3 hours back and forth with the night manager, my sister-in-law had to use her credit card to get a room. Humiliating experience in the lobby with the night manager who could care less. That is what you get with Platinum Elite guest status. They absolutely treated my family like a burden. I will never do business with them again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

  We stayed here over the weekend for a softball tournament and had a really good experience. First, the location was perfect for us. The softball fields were close by, and since it was also my wife’s birthday, I wanted to take her somewhere nice for dinner. We found a great restaurant that was literally within walking distance. We actually walked there. Everything else we needed during the weekend seemed to be within about 5–10 minutes too, so the location was extremely convenient. The hotel itself is relatively new, and I’d describe it as “budget crisp.” 😄 You’re getting a budget-friendly hotel, but without the grunge that sometimes comes along with budget hotels. Everything felt new, clean, fresh, and well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable. The towels were a little on the hard side, but hey, for around $110 for a double-bed room, I’m not complaining. The only real "complaint" is the TVs felt out of the 90s. No streaming apps so we could watch our shows. Front desk said we could connect an Amazon fire stick. 😬 Anyway, the staff was also very friendly. Adrian in particular was awesome. A great greeter, very welcoming, and just a friendly face that made the stay even better. The other staff members we interacted with were great as well. And as a coffee drinker, I have to mention the 24-hour coffee machine that grinds the beans and makes you a fresh cup on the spot. That is a very nice touch and something I definitely appreciated. Overall, this Holiday Inn Express delivered exactly what I wanted: clean, new, convenient, friendly, and affordable. I would absolutely recommend it, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we have future softball tournaments in the area. No doubt about it.
