  Because of a trailer breakdown, we were required to find a hotel room in the area while repairs were being made. We found the Candlewood suites facility because they are pet friendly and we were traveling with our dog. Due to delays in repairs to the trailer we ended up having to extend our stay for a total of three days. But we were very happy with the room with its cleanliness with its quietness. The dog run area was a little small, but it served its purpose.

  The worst experience ever at this property. After making previous contact to the front desk more than once regarding our late check in, we were informed that we had nothing to worry about. Our late check in would be noted on our room. Upon arrival we came to discover that our room was sold to someone else leaving us stranded on a long weekend making it impossible to find another room at that time and date. Really screwed us over and it's completely unacceptable. Sharion at the front desk was not helpful at all.

  Stayed here for a work trip. I originally booked thru Priceline for 2 weeks. Then didn’t know when the job was going to be done so I added 2 more weeks in person. There was an issue with my card so I split the payment for the second 2 weeks between 2 cards. Due to the second booking ending early and it being split between 2 cards, there was a payment glitch and they had to bill me at a higher daily rate since it ended before the 7 days of the 2 weeks I booked in person. So they charged me an additional $50 when I checked out. Even though I already had stayed there roughly 20 days, they had to bill me at the rate of less than 7 day stay. Because apparently the Priceline payment and that I stayed there consecutively already meant nothing. Keep in mind they were making tons of money on about 10 of our work crew staying there, doing the math that’s $32k at the reduced rate for all of us to stay there, and some of us would be staying an additional week or so till the job was closed out, and they are gonna gripe about $50 for me? They said there was nothing they could do about it. I doubt that. There is always an over ride or credit applied that can happen. Or even a credit for another stay, I travel often. Whatever.

  The Candlewood suites were very nice. The rooms were extremely clean, which I really appreciated it and the rooms had the kitchen area accommodations. The fridge was big and spacious, there was a stove top and a sink and plenty of dishware if you needed. We rented two rooms, each with queen size beds, and they were spaced apart perfectly with enough room to move around between the common spaces. The suites are dog friendly and front desk was very helpful. They do not do a regular room service unless requested for an upcharge of $10. You do have to return your towels in order to receive new ones which we only had to do once. The gentleman upfront was super helpful and gave us one extra towel. There isn’t a pool but there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby to stay busy if you’re not from here. Would come back again!
