  The only thing I liked about the property was the room. Was a good space. First of all I wanted to take my kids to the pool and there was like 10-15 guys drinking and being so loud since like 1pm. I asked the front desk if they can let me know when they were gone so I can take my kids, well that never happened. Then we left the hotel and when we got back around 10pm now they were in the front of the hotel drinking and they were peeing on the parking lot not caring who was around. When we were walking inside the hotel we see the front desk lady drinking with them. It was horrible took my children up to our room and staring hearing arguing when we looked out the window the police was outside. The men where braking the glass beer bottles the police took someone it was just a horrible experience would never book here again and hope no one does. It is definitely not safe place for anyone and specially children so inappropriate and to have staff out there drinking with them allowing this and not reporting it is definitely not safe place for anyone. Then after the police left the men where being so loud inside the hotel I can hear them from my room.

  The rooms were a standard clean room, as you would expect for a Best Western. This was definitely NOT a luxury room or hotel.

  First off i want to say that the front desk office woman monique was great help me getting my room and great customer service skills and the room were great no bed bug clean room and nice vibe would recommend to anyone

  Right off the freeway so easy to get too. Enough restaurants and stores around. 2 gas stations close by. And the inside is nice the beds are comfy rooms have a heaters that work great breakfast is Continental and pretty good. They are really nice at the front counter and got your backs if you forget something. Great place to stop

  There appeared to be a large group attending what I assume was a wedding or similar party staying at the hotel the same night we did. You can imagine that it was rather noisy - the hotel chose a room right in the middle of all the guests on the ground floor, instead of being sensible and picking something further out of the way of the noise. There are no blackout curtains in the rooms, it gets light as day from sunrise. The breakfast area is super small and cannot handle even 20% of the hotel guests trying to have breakfast at the same time. Meh experience overall.
