  I love coming here. It has a nice quiet and peaceful atmosphere. All the staff is very nice and friendly. I have a nice big clean room. It has a nice comfortable king size bed, a desk,chase sofa and a mini fridge. The only thing I wish they had is a microwave in the room. There is one downstairs but u may not feel like getting up and going downstairs just to warm up food. My overall thing is I really like it here. This is a good choice.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!! THEY CHARGE $200 DEPOSIT A NIGHT! This is crazy. I had set aside $600 to spend in LA which seemed plenty for 3 days for one person but it was all taken by the hotel deposit!!! It’s returned after check-out but I needed the money to spend while I was in LA. The standard deposit in California is $50 per night for hotels, including 5 star ones. This hotel’s deposit is 4 times that much!! The hotel is not anywhere the bright lights of LA but in a commercial working area which is off the grid and super boring. No restaurants or businesses in sight and no where to walk to. Look somewhere else. This hotel is not worth it! Do the math! If you stay in this hotel 5 nights they will take $1,000 for deposit at $200 a night! Even though you get it back at the end of your stay the money is needed while you are in vacation. Not after you check out!!!! MOST IMPORTANT - THIS IS NOT L.os Angeles. TORRANCE, CA is NOT Los Angeles. This hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. No restaurants, coffee shops or anything nearby. What you get is a hotel in an industrial area NOT the bright lights of L.A. DON’T STAY HERE!!!!

  The location is among the office area but conveniently located close by Gardena Japanese community where foods and grocery are short distance away. Check in is at ease where Barbara is super helpful and go out all the way to get me an upgrade as a Diamond member. My room is very newly renovated, even with some plugs are not plugged in. The only drawback is no central control lights, all lamps except bathroom and entry light. It does not bother me at all. Breakfast is sufficient. No executive lounge in this facility. Overall stay is good.

  I mainly stay at this location because it’s conveniently located by the 405, 110 and the 91 freeways. Customer Service rate a 3 out of 5. I don’t think there’s enough Housekeeping staff because there’s always questions regarding the timing of their service.
