  Never in my life have I ever had such a horrible experience at a hotel. From day one we have had issues especially from the cleaning ladies. They tried to come into our room without knocking and luckily we were in the room to stop them (we were not decent at the time ). The second day the cleaning lady knocked on our door to tell us to turn the music down at two thirty pm even though our music was not loud. If it was another guest or something then that would be a completely different story. On the third day they came into our room and cleaned without our permission even with the do not disturb sign on the door. While extending our stay which was unfortunately our only option since we were there in a busy week in town they said that they don’t allow to pay with tap which we thought was fine until someone else came up next to us and continued to pay with Apple Pay without an issue. There has been very few apologies and nothing to be done about any of these issues. I’m not sure what is wrong with this holiday inn but I promise they will never have our business as people who travel here frequently

  We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Torrance. There was ongoing construction at the hotel, which caused some minor inconvenience, but the staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. Barbara at the front desk was exceptional. She assisted us with our booking and room arrangements and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her outstanding customer service made a big difference. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we look forward to seeing the completed renovations on a future visit.

  Was a little hesitant at first but it wasn’t so bad . Parking was pretty cheap , lobby pretty nice , rooms have pretty thin walls , so you may be able to hear next door if they’re loud . I enjoyed the standup shower & bathroom . Only issue I had was finding something on TV , mostly foreign channels , other wise I’ll be back . Was a bargain honestly. & my view of downtown LA from my room was beautiful .

  Nice hotel, resteraunt on site, no free breakfast however the pool and gym are being renovated. It is also located in the middle of nothing. Nothing is close to walk to so you will need a car. Employees are very nice and hospitable! Just wish there was a pool!!!!

  TO ANYONE THINKING OF BOOKING A ROOM HERE: jack hammer breaking up the concrete on the pool deck for an extended number of days. Can’t hear yourself think much less take a simple conference call. Of course the desk clerk’s answer is “sorry” and nothing else. Typical sell people on accommodation and make it essentially unusable and do nothing. THERE IS NO NOTICE OF THIS CONSTRUCTION SO I AM LETTING EVERYONE HERE KNOW IF YOU BOOK YOU WILL HEAR EXTREMELY LOUD CONSTRUCTION FOR AT LEAST A COUPLE OF WEEKS.
