  We stopped for a night in thousand Oaks before heading back home. The hotel overall was good and quiet. The front desk guy was very nice and informative. We couldn’t stay for breakfast, they give you a vouchers for breakfast.

  Kevin and I recently stayed and while there were some things we enjoyed about our stay overall our experience was a bit mixed. The property itself has a lot of potential but the room did feel a little outdated and smaller than expected compared to other Best Western Plus locations we've stayed at. The AC worked well once it was running but when we first arrived the room felt very humid and it took most of the night with the AC running before the room started feeling comfortable. Our check in experience was also not quite what we hoped for. The lady who checked us in was not very welcoming and didn't provide much information about the property such as where our room was located where the pool was or any helpful details about the hotel. We appreciate when the front desk takes a moment to explain the amenities especially when staying somewhere new. The next morning we stopped by the front desk to ask where breakfast was located and we were surprised to find out it was served through the restaurant attached to the hotel, The Pizza Cookery. We were provided a voucher but unfortunately the breakfast options felt very limited and didn't feel comparable to the breakfast offerings we've experienced at other Best Western Plus locations. The breakfast service was also disappointing. The staff seemed rushed with an empty lobby and the interaction felt unfriendly which left us feeling like we were more of an inconvenience than a welcomed guest. Overall we did appreciate that the AC worked well the location was convenient and the stay was comfortable enough for a short visit. However between the outdated room lack of information at check in and breakfast experience we would rate our stay around 3 stars. We always try to give places the benefit of the doubt, and we hope future guests have a better experience because this location has a lot of potential.

  Hemos estado hace una semana y me gustado mucho,las camas super cómodas y la habitación muy amplia todo completo, vamos una maravilla, todo está cerca muy buena ubicación,y el desayuno riquísimo recion hecho todo muy atento el señor Abelardo gracias por tú recomendación todo muy acertado, estamos encantados volveremos, las recepcionistas muy amables, muchas gracias por todo hasta pronto 💯💯💯

  This is really decent hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, updated and comfortable. The only downside is the bathroom. It's too small, only one sink, and the exhaust fan doesn't work...too much humidity while you're getting ready. The free breakfast in the restaurant is decent. The hours could be adjusted to stay open until at least 10am, but that's just preference. Overall though, it's a nice place to stay!

  This is not a Tesla-friendly hotel, and unfortunately that was the biggest disappointment of our stay. As a Tesla owner, one of the reasons I chose this hotel was the expectation that I would be able to conveniently charge my vehicle overnight while enjoying the property. The hotel has EV charging stations, but they are not compatible with Tesla vehicles unless you have your own adapter. In addition, the Tesla Destination Charger was unavailable because the charging equipment was locked, making it impossible to use. As a result, I had to drive to the Supercharger near The Oaks Mall and spend about 40 minutes charging the car. Fortunately, the Supercharger is only a few blocks away, and we were able to have dinner after charging, but it was still an inconvenience and not the experience I expected. I would have gladly paid a reasonable fee to use the Tesla charger if it had been available. For many Tesla owners, the ability to charge overnight at the hotel is an important amenity and a major convenience. Aside from that issue, our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and surprisingly quiet despite being located near the freeway. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic, especially during the cooler weather, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing there. We also appreciated the additional amenities, including the lounge areas and the mini-market. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast burrito with eggs and potatoes along with coffee, which was a great way to start the day. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and great service. However, the lack of accessible Tesla charging was disappointing enough that I can only give 4 out of 5 stars. I hope management considers making the Tesla charger available to guests or providing a better solution for Tesla owners in the future, as it would significantly improve the guest experience.
