  The rooms were nice and the view was nice. The pool and fire pit were taken over by teenagers so we weren't comfortable there. They were out of breakfast by 9 am which is not ok and the juice machines were broken. There was a good ice machine, parking was s little rough.

  I stayed here 18 Aug 2026, check in 20 minutes after making reservations on Super.com at around 830pm. Talk about a perfect experience! This property and its staff are the absolute best!! Check in was about a minute, parking was easy, the room? Spotless. With a nice pool, spa and an adequately purposed fitness area. Thank you for providing such an easy and pleasant experience!

  Pretty disappointing way to start a 30-day stay. I’m here for about 30 days for work, booked through my company’s corporate travel agency. It’s a nearly $4,000 booking, so I was pretty disappointed with how check-in went. There was an issue with the credit card authorization, which I completely understand can happen. The travel agency had already sent it over, though, and I was on the phone with them the entire time trying to get it figured out. I ended up waiting about an hour while the front desk employee went back and forth with her manager, Anne Marie, in the back. I was repeatedly told to step aside and wait so they could help other customers. I understand they had other guests to help, but I wish there had been a little more consideration for someone who was stuck waiting on an issue between the hotel and the travel agency. The travel agency representative even commented on how surprised she was that I was basically just being told to sit and wait. She tried to see if the hotel could do anything in the meantime, but nothing really changed, and Anne Marie never came out to speak with me. The authorization issue itself isn’t what bothered me. It was more the way the situation was handled and feeling like I was being brushed aside while it was getting figured out. Since I’ll be here for 30 days, it was a pretty frustrating first impression. I will be sharing this experience with my company’s corporate travel department so they can take it into consideration when evaluating hotels for future business stays.

  Staff nice. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Location in a good area.
