- JHJess H2 days ago4.0I traveled long way yesterday to get here. Overall the room was fine. The bed was very comfy. The tub has seen better days. The staff were great. The location was also great. I didn't realize how much was around here.
- JJJulieJun 30, 20264.0Easy to access. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are your basic hotel rooms. The pillows are quite fluffy, but deflate easily. The only downside to the rooms are the motion sensor lights. The food was a basic breakfast; good enough, but not great.

Front desk staff is indifferent and never acknowledges IHG members, much less helps or tries to be nice. At breakfast, they were out of most food. What was left was a pile of raw bacon and some crusty old remnants of eggs. When I complained, the response was, "I'll let them know." Clearly, nobody here cares, and it shows. Avoid this place; it's not worthy of the Holiday Inn badge. I seriously feel ripped off. I should have stayed at the Quality Inn for half the price. There's no way it could be any worse.

One bath towel for two people in the room. Told front desk before breakfast and they wanted to give me towels then, but I said I was about to have breakfast, and why were the trash liners hanging on the side? Do you expect me to install the trash liners?. “Yes. Our inspector says we have to leave them that way”. Well, you’ll have to fish the garbage out later. 3 pm - still no fresh towels, so I guess I have to go down and get them myself. Then I started looking closer. Damaged walls, drywall debris in hallway, handicap automatic door switch inoperative. Two days ago we stayed at IHG in Boulder Colorado. If we had stayed here first we might have cancelled our stay in Boulder and looked for more reliable options.
