  From the moment I parked, I couldn't believe how horrible the building looked like from the outside then walking inside just didn't sit right and even worse to see a big see through glass on the 2nd floor hallway looked like a jail cell. It looked scary & horrible. They're renovating so Construction was everywhere. The hallways were filthy and Construction made it worse. They had 1 of each washer and dryer working coin operated which was great but had to re-wash and re-dry our clothes again as the machines were old and rusted. The young petite African American front desk always looked annoyed with her job whom always carried an attitude & was always on her personal phone(white earbuds). She was not pleasant at all. Customer Service and housekeeping is disheartening at this location including the Manager who walks around in the hotel half dressed whom always wore a tank top showing all of her tattoos looked tacky and inappropriate. Dress for the part would be professional. Hotel management dress codes typically require professional attire, and tank tops that reveal extensive tattoos generally fall outside traditional corporate standards for hospitality leaders. Obviously, she is not a good leader as most of her staff wore very relaxed casual clothing except for, honestly the African American young lady whom I thought was a Manager as she was always dressed up in a business attire but she just lacked the 10/5/3 rule in customer service. Working in customer service(Nurse) taught me that the hardest part of this job isn't serving people, but remaining human when people forget to treat you like one. You learn to keep smiling even when you're unappreciated, stay professional when you're frustrated, and keep giving kindness even when that kindness isn't returned. Keep being kind. You never know what someone is carrying. Luxury or traditional hotels almost exclusively mandate business professional attire (suits, blazers, collared shirts). This location definitely needs their employees to dress professionally to show and represent the establishment's brand directly to guests. 1st floor while waiting for the elevator always smelled. Always a foul odor in that area. We will not be coming back at this location. Please be aware that they are renovating while open to the public and construction workers are everywhere so don't expect to sleep in but then again our beds were so plushed and uncomfortable to even sleep in.

  Yessenia deserves the biggest shoutout! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I interacted with her, it was clear that she genuinely cares about the guests and takes her role seriously. She went **above and beyond** to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt welcomed, comfortable, and valued. It’s not every day you come across a manager who puts that much effort into making a guest’s experience a great one. Yessenia was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional, and she made a real difference in my stay. Holiday Inn Express Temecula is lucky to have someone like her on the team. **Yessenia absolutely deserves recognition for the way she takes care of her guests and represents the hotel.** Thank you for going the extra mile and making my experience so much better! 💕✨

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **JORDYN DESERVES ALL THE PRAISE!!!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about **Jordyn at the front desk** at Holiday Inn Express Temecula. This man is not just a staff member — he is the kind of person who makes you remember that AMAZING customer service still exists! From the moment I interacted with Jordyn, he was incredibly welcoming, helpful, professional, patient, and genuinely kind. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job, and then you can tell when someone actually **CARES** about the people they are helping. Jordyn CARES. He went above and beyond in a way that deserves to be recognized. There are some employees you meet at a hotel and forget five minutes later. **Jordyn is NOT one of those employees.** He has the kind of personality and presence that immediately makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. He represents what hospitality is supposed to be. Honestly, if I were the manager, I would be giving this man a raise, a bonus, an award, and probably his own parking spot! 😂 Because employees like Jordyn are PRICELESS. Holiday Inn Express should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing the hotel. He is the kind of staff member who can completely change a guest's experience and turn an ordinary stay into something genuinely memorable. **Jordyn, if you ever see this: THANK YOU!** Your kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.   Terrible, terrible stay. Sheets were clean, staff were nice, and breakfast was hot (if not inspiring), but the room was dirty, wifi was slow, had an insanely strong smell of either piss or mold- was hard to tell which- and nonstop construction meant that it was INCREDIBLY loud all day. I got a suite so I could work remotely during the day while there for a wedding and really regret not staying elsewhere. Stay away.

  I knew I was going to have a very late check-in so I pulled up before going to my event and let them know I was going to be late. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem and they had my room ready for me when I got here late at night. The room was comfortable, great shower pressure, very happy.
