  You have got to be kidding! We showed up with 3 Beeautiful girls and a super handsome young man to take a few prom pictures. A few parents, who bought glasses of wine, and basically we were asked to leave.ill never return! Thank goodness for beautiful South Coast Winnery.

  Best chicken parmesana sandwich I have ever had!!!! Everything on the menu is made there. Fresh and yummy 😋 Authentic 😋 I can't comment about the hotel because I've never stayed in a room there. The place in itself is absolutely gorgeous 🥰 I can just imagine how beautiful it looks at night

  This was one of my favorite wineries, I was there for my birthday last year in August. Unfortunately I had an bad experience while having breakfast at Bolero Restaurant, my food had a hair. The waiter took my plate and she told me she will bring me a new one. She brought a new plate in less than 5 mins which made me believe it was the same plate she probably just removed the hair. I was very disappointed she just said a simple sorry, here's your food and pretty much that was it. I honestly didn't feel comfortable eating my food anymore. It was my birthday and had a busy day didn't want this to ruin my day talking to the manager or going through that stress. Which now I regret not taking the time to report the issue there since they don't respond to emails or voicemails. I took the time to send an email expressing my disatisfaction to customer service, until this day they have not responded to my email. I also left voicemails and nothing they must be very busy. I had to expressed this since you guys are listed as the best winery of the year and prior to this experience you guys were the best winery to me. I hate to say this but I was not happy with this experience, after this incident I had to leave and go to another winery. I love this place, very disappointed that you guys don't care about your customers. I just never took the time to write a review, hoping you guys would respond to my emails or Voicemails some day. I think it's important that others know the quality of service you guys provide to your customers, that's the reason I'm leaving my review.

  If you haven't gone to a winery before this meets all expectations and than some. Chucutere boards were delicious. Wine was spectacular and you get an Italian, French and Spanish experience in one place. Their market is divine and I was able to buy a tasty treat for my kids.

  A disappointing experience for a “Resort”. We were shunted away to the “Inn”, which I suppose is my fault for booking through a third party. The Inn was removed and isolated from the rest of the property. For a “resort”, there are basically no amenities. No pool. No fitness room. No room service. The room itself was dirty as shown in the pictures. One framed photo on the wall had a live roach in it. The bed did not fit on the frame. It felt old and run down despite having a good view. I am just really disappointed overall for a resort experience at over $400 per night. I tried to appeal to the staff one time on arrival for a new room but “they were all booked.” No refund, not even a free gift (you’d think they’d give you a bottle of wine or something being a wine “resort”). Also, note the lack of responses to Google reviews here as well. That should tell you what you need to know about the service here. I will not be retuning.
