  The location was also very convenient, close to key attractions and easy to access. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the service. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality.

  I don't even know where to start. The couch in our room had visible stains all over it, it clearly hadn't been cleaned before we checked in. Same story with the office chair, which had some kind of white substance crusted on it. I ended up putting a towel down just so I could sit on it without feeling grossed out, which was a problem in itself since housekeeping barely gave us any towels to begin with. As if the room wasn't enough, the "experience" continued outside our door… a fellow resident approached us offering moonshine he had literally stuffed down his pants. I wish I was making this up. Between the unsanitary furniture, the lack of basic supplies, and the bizarre encounters in the hallway, this stay felt more like a liability than a vacation. Management needs to seriously address cleanliness standards and who's allowed to loiter around guest rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Horrible uncomfortable beds, AC that went in and out constantly. Hot tub was brown. Oh and came home with bed bug bites! Thought it couldn’t get much worse. The one thing I will say is the breakfast was good and the workers kept it stocked and fresh

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience at Best Western Country Inn in Temecula. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Hospitality isn't just something they do here—it's something you can tell they genuinely care about. Every interaction has been friendly, professional, and respectful, and that makes a huge difference when you're staying away from home. I especially want to recognize Will, Janice, Andreas, and Philip. Every one of them has gone above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Whether it was answering questions, helping with requests, or simply greeting me with a smile and remembering who I was, they consistently treated me with kindness and respect. It's rare to find a team that's this consistently helpful, and they deserve recognition for the work they do. The hotel itself has always felt clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, the common areas are kept in great shape, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. It's the kind of place where you can actually unwind after a long day instead of dealing with unnecessary stress. One thing that really stands out is how well the staff works together as a team. Everyone seems to genuinely care about the guests' experience, and you can feel that positive attitude throughout the property. They don't make you feel like you're just another reservation—they make you feel like a valued guest. Customer service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, but this hotel reminded me that it still exists.   First of all the location is great, if you are foody like me, there are bunch of great restaurants around you, in and out is like 2 minutes walk and secondly the room and the whole place was clean and well maintained. Stayed here for 3 nights and had a very good time, and they also have brochures and vouchers for amusement parks and zoo in the lobby which I used to save some money, overall very good and safe place to stay. Thank you best western Temecula for your hospitality.
