  Worst ever, poor service at front desk, pool was green and looked unhealthy I was afraid to swim in it see photo), hot tub was lukewarm and super chlorinated, room smelled possibly of mold, the sheets smelled like chlorine, furniture in dining area was ripped and shabby (see photos), the internet for the TV didn't work, we called the front desk, someone came fiddled with it, said she didn't realy know hiw to fix it. It came online for a moment then stopped working, we gave up on it. No one should stay here. My husband travels a lot and he trusted the IHG brand. He won't make that mistake again. He should have read the other reviews before booking!

  I usually love the Holiday Inn Express hotels, so I chose this one to stop overnight to break up a long drive home from our vacation in Phoenix. The room had a very strong chemical smell, so I turned on the AC, it was very loud, so loud you could barely hear the TV, and that night we had to turn it off to sleep, it was over 100 degrees out, so it got uncomfortably hot pretty quickly. The chaise lounge chair had suspicious stains all over it, so we didn't want to sit on it. The side table was broke so if you set anything on it, it would slide off. The sofa bed mattress also had a large stain in the middle of it. The wet bar sink aerator was partly clogged so it sorayed water all over when you used it. One of my kids clogged the toilet in early evening, so I called the front desk to see if I could get a plunger, she said they don't have plungers onsite, so I asked if they could send someone to the room to unclog it, and she said they don't have anyone to unclog it. So we used the public toilet down on the 1st floor. The elevator seemed to need maintenance as well as it would jump unevenly. After all that I thought, well at least Holiday Inn usually has a nice breakfast included... they had a lesser assortment than I've typically seen, no Cinabon, no biscuits and gravy, my son got cereal and poured the milk on it and the milk came out in clumps. I got a yogurt that had an expired expiration date, over a month before our visit! They were in the middle of remodeling the second floor, we were on the third floor, but these issues are unrelated to that! We paid $160 for the suite, if I had known how it would be I would have chosen anything else.

  I've stayed in ALL kinds of hotel rooms and have learned that looking for the best deal from the road, usually results in a room I'm afraid to sleep in. The rooms here are comfortable and clean and have a mini fridge, microwave and k-pod coffee maker. I like that they've done away with carpet. At first it feels kinda cheap, but it's so much cleaner. Breakfast selection was pretty good too. Kids loved the pool. All I need is a clean room to unwind in after being in the car. This is perfect and there is a subway across the street. Normally not my go to sandwich place but this one was good. Or I was hungry. 🤷

  Horrible experience. Beds were hard, bathroom towels had stains, and breakfast was disgusting. Not what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express... I've stayed at these properties all over the country and this is in the top 10 worst!

  Breakfast was gross. They put out moldy oranges and rotten mushy apples. Makes one wonder how carefully prepared and cleaned the other food was. The floors in the rooms are vinyl plank instead of carpet. It is very noisy. Doors slam shut (no soft close hardware). It is hard to get a full night sleep here. The furnishings in my room were stained and had paint splotches from a recently botched remodel. This hotel is a mess both physically and operationally. It is not a comfortable or hospitable place to stay.
