  This room are very clean a spacious i will always try to stay at best western its like a home away from home.

  Front desk manager is rude. She does not speak English very well at all and is quite rude and sleeping at desk when we walked up. Would not make accommodations advised me to call the 800 number.

  Rude front desk employee. He refused to give us extra pillows even though the hotel was far from sold out. They provided very small, flat pillows for a king sized bed. Got irritated when we asked for change for their vending machine that did not accept a card. And then every single vending machine in the entire hotel was sold out of every kind of drink. Trash left in trashcan in our room. Shampoo dispenser broken and laying on sink. Great location but everything else was bad.

  Rooms were clean and spacious- Breakfast was terrible and lacking everything. Front desk staff in the evening was great Front desk staff in the morning looking miserable, she was rude and still in pajamas with bed head. She wasn’t helpful she seems unconvinced to be talked to. All around my next go around through here I’d choose somewhere else.

  Room was fine. My rewards member greeting and asking about where to eat was less than enthusiastic. Stay at Sure Stay 40% less same room
