Super helpful and knowledgeable, he even helped suggest where we should park to access our rooms easier. The rooms were super clean and the best was really comfortable. Will stay here again.
- MBMike BeckettJul 9, 20261.0This was my experience, I booked two rooms with best western but my plans changed , so seven days before I canceled the reservation but they charged me anyway. I called to find out why and talked to the manager She barely spoke english, laughed at me and hung up. So I never stayed there and they ripped me off for $260.00 DON'T STAY HERE!! Oh and the same people manage the Sure Stay next door as well as the Holiday Inn. the worst by far.
