  I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Neha was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Daniella, Alexis, and Sarvesh were also incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to all of our technicians for their future stays. The outstanding customer service and welcoming atmosphere are greatly appreciated. Please continue providing the same level of service and hospitality. We truly appreciate everything you do to make our stays comfortable and enjoyable.

  Comfortable good value new hotel convenient to big tech in Sunnyvale east of the 101. Rooms were quiet, I didn't hear my neighbours at all. Large walk in shower rather than the common half a shower in a half bath. I had a burger in the deserted restaurant one night. The burger seemed reheated but the fries were good. Staff were good but seemed a little unsure. I messed up my booking and turned up a day early. They were able to accommodate me which I'm grateful for. I suspect this IHG hotel will go up a bit on price as it becomes better known. Golf stimulation is $70 per hour, so a non starter.

  I had a very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. First, the hotel is extremely difficult to find, which made arriving there unnecessarily frustrating. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve once I arrived. The front desk staff member, Daniella, was rude and unprofessional, which was very disappointing. The food was another major disappointment. It appeared that most of the food was premade and simply microwaved rather than freshly prepared. For the price and standards expected from a hotel, I found this unacceptable. Although the bed itself was comfortable, there were several problems with the room. The curtains were poorly installed, allowing a significant amount of outside light to come through the window. There was also considerable noise, making it difficult to get a comfortable and restful stay. Most frustratingly, I had already brought these concerns to management. The office manager wrote to me and stated that the issues would be corrected, but unfortunately, nothing was actually corrected. Overall, while the bed was comfortable, the poor room conditions, noise, lack of freshly prepared food, difficulty finding the property, and unprofessional customer service made this a very disappointing stay. I expected much better and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

  DO NOT EAT AT THE RESTAURANT! DO STAY AT THE HOTEL! Overall an awesome hotel with clean rooms, walkable to Levis Stadium, and great service. Not to mention the free parking if you are staying at the hotel. Let's talk about the restaurant now. The bar and ambiance is beautiful so that with the description that the hotel provided about sourcing local fresh items; we had high hopes. What was delivered was Costco like food that took over 50 minutes to get. The Wagu burgers were cold and one was left off the order completely. The "tacos" were not the fresh corn tortilla street tacos one would think, they were the little mini tacos you get a jack in the box without the goodness of being in a deep fryer. My chicken patty was soggy and had the nastiest piece of kraft American single on it. The only thing our party of 8 agred on was the fries. So no one ordered anything crazy- but 5 burgers, a chicken patty, and tacos took 50 minutes and we were the only ones eating. There also was no follow up on drinks or water. We had to leave for the concert before any drinks were ordered. So...stay but don't eat or drink.

  I've stayed at tons of hotels in the area but this has got to be my favorite and will be my main hotel whenever I have future on-sites. The front desk people are nice and engaged, Juanita and the other house keepers keep very clean and organized rooms. The property is clean and designed well with a modern but cozy vibe. The rooms are nice and very comfortable. The price is good for where it is and the quality of rooms. I high recommend them, sooo much better than many other 3 to 4 stars around sunnyvale & moutain view.
