  The room itself was absolutely disgusting. It was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned before my arrival—honestly, it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in at least a week. There was hair lining the shower walls and clogging the bathtub drain. The toilet seat had visible urine stains, which is completely unacceptable in any hotel. The toilet paper roll had barely enough left for a single trip to the bathroom, and there wasn't a spare roll anywhere in the room. The linens were just as disappointing. There was only one poorly folded bath towel, and to make matters worse, it was dirty. There wasn't a single hand towel or washcloth provided. The only toiletries available were a tiny bar of soap to wash your hands—nothing else. The lack of basic cleanliness and amenities made the room feel neglected, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. The problems didn't stop there. None of the electrical outlets in the bathroom worked, and the outlets near the bed were unreliable as well. This made something as simple as charging my phone unnecessarily frustrating. When I was getting ready, I had to plug my hair tools into an outlet in the main room because the bathroom outlets were unusable. Unfortunately, there wasn't even a mirror near those outlets, making it nearly impossible to do my hair. The television was equally disappointing. The picture quality looked like something straight out of the 1990s, and the TV itself was extremely outdated—not even a smart TV. While it advertised hundreds of channels, only about 25 to 30 actually worked. To make matters even worse, the volume buttons on the remote didn't function. Every time I wanted to adjust the volume, I had to get up, walk across the room, and use the buttons on the television itself. It was incredibly frustrating and unbelievably inconvenient. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, and without question, this was the worst hotel room I have ever experienced. The lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, and complete disregard for even the most basic standards of hospitality made for an incredibly disappointing stay. What should have been a relaxing and comfortable visit turned into an experience filled with frustration, disgust, and regret. I genuinely cannot understand how management believes it is acceptable to rent rooms in this condition. I would never stay here again, nor could I recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even the most basic level of cleanliness, comfort, or customer care.

  7/10. I have stayed at this branch before and all my information is needed to verify before check in. Then I would have to go back to the desk at check in to verify all of my information (credit card is being checked if it’s mine, etc.). Not understanding this procedure, I have stayed at many hotel across the country and this is a first. Stay at the Mountain View SureStay!
