  I wanted to leave an honest review regarding my recent stay. There were some positives during the visit — the breakfast was good, and the room itself was clean upon arrival. However, the biggest issue was that I reserved a room with two beds for four adults and was instead given a room with only one bed and a very small chaise lounge after a full day of travel. We were informed that no room change would be available until the following day, which created a very stressful and uncomfortable situation for my family. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up and communication afterward. I was told I would receive a call from management and was even advised that I could speak with the General Manager at a specific time, so I adjusted my travel plans to remain available. Unfortunately, the manager was unavailable at the promised time, and I never received the callback that had been discussed. I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast service, but the handling of the reservation issue and lack of resolution afterward left me disappointed.

  Great stay! No complaints! Maria was an absolute rock star in my transition to this hotel and even took extra time to ensure my amounts were accurate as their was a system discrepancy. Stefany provide outstanding service the same. I'm duly appreciated for both of their assistance. They worked under pressure because of being short staffed and did not disappoint. Great customer service from both ladies. Overall, no complaints otherwise and breakfast was free and better than complimentary breakfast served at other hotel stays. Biggest undesirable charge is daily parking but that's pretty common for the area. Short stay or an extended stay, you won't be disappointed if quality customer service at a fair rate is most important to you! Enjoy!

  This location went downhill significantly. The breakfast was cold, the selection was cut, the coffee was bad. The rooms are ok. The front desk service is not good. They don't tell you there are parking fees until you check out. They charge you and say you have no balance Will not stay again. Felt like the front desk was really dishonest.

  I booked this hotel via chase travel and they double charge me via credit card, which they mentioned is due to their payment system issue. But it takes back and forth complaints for over 3 weeks and I am still waiting the solution.

  Suprise charges...Parking is expensive at 25 a night. That was not listed at an expense when booking our fees and taxes included room. Very noisy area with beeping of backup vehicles all day and night. Even with ear plugs I was woken up. Housekeeping came by at 8am and woke us again. Not sure why but super annoying. Impossible to get uninterrupted sleep. Slamming doors heard all night. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and hot with lots of variety. Coffee was good.
