    do not stay here hotel took $189 from me promised a follow up and never did the job complete lack of care for guests here

    Lela at the front desk was extremely helpful when checking in and in answering all of our questions. Great experience, and would definitely come back when I'm in the area. It is next to the airport, and I could barely hear the planes, didn't take away from the experience!

    Very convenient to the airport. Free shuttle back & forth. Staff is excellent and very courteous. Good central location if you are going into SF and towards Palo Alto.

    We stayed for 4 nights on vacation. The room was just boarder line clean, the shower curtain had a large stain on it, and the carpet felt unclean. Three mornings around 6:30, I took a cold shower. The second morning, I complained. Unexpectedly the maintenance man came to the room and stated that they had called him at home and had him come in early. He said that the problem was fixed. When I said that it was the second day in a row. He stated that, it was impossible that I had a cold shower the day before. He said that he knew everything was working on the previous day. I just said ok and let him leave. The third morning, the water was hot. So I decided that it was corrected. Well not so fast... The forth morning it was cold again. I complained and asked for a call from the manager, but never heard back. Beware of their extra charges. Parking, and several other things. It was almost $1300 dollars to stay 4 nights in a sub par holiday inn express. I have stayed 5 star further south for that. Update: All the management could say is so sorry. Put your money where your mouth is and refund half of my stay. I would never stay there again until they make it right. Beware of this place!
