  Highly Recommend! This was my first time staying here, and I had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, quiet, and clearly recently renovated. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

  The rooms are Misty. Got catfished by the web page. Very gloomy. Outlets in my room on the 4th floor we're not working. Customer service at the front desk not very helpful. They've charged $10 extra for parking every night. They do not have enough parking spaces for everybody who has vehicles and you end up paying to park in the street. Breakfast was good 👍. Always restocking the food and batter for the waffles. Keeping them clean. Fruit and yogurt, oatmeal and Rice. . Great job to that department.

  I called to arrange a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but the phone representative was dismissive and unable to give clear instructions on how the pickup worked. I ended up taking an Uber instead, and after that interaction I decided to book a different hotel. If the staff was rude, can’t imagine how the stay would have been.

  These people are so cheap they wouldn’t even let me have a cup of coffee while waiting for the airport shuttle. I paid for airport parking here for 4 nights and just assumed that grabbing a cup of coffee while waiting for the shuttle is a no brainer. The manager came up to me and was like “4 dollars”. 🤣 Funny thing is, over a cup of coffee that costs them 20 cents, they got a star review and lost all my future business as a parking customer. And I travel a LOT…. Before these people approached me, I was thinking how great a setup this was. Convenient airport parking at a decent price and it even comes with coffee! Wow! How do people with no business sense stay in business…. Edit: I gave that 4$ he asked for to the shuttle driver who was so nice!

  Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel On a recent trip to San Francisco, we were looking for a hotel that was close to SFO and had breakfast included. The Best Western Plus Grosvenor checked the boxes. It was quite easy to find on Airport Drive. It was eight minutes from the rental car drop-off at the airport. It is located in a safe and clean area with restaurants and even a Costco close by. This property was built 54 years ago in 1972, but has been modernized without destroying its charm. The front desk staff was friendly and informative, making you feel welcome immediately. We were impressed by its cleanliness. Our room was lovely and spotless. The shower controls were a bit old-fashioned, but everything else was up to speed. We made our way back down to the lobby to check out the restaurant and the bar. The restaurant’s menu looked nice and reasonable for San Francisco, and the bar was well stocked, though just opening. The lobby, restaurant, and bar were full of spectacular stained glass. The name of the restaurant and bar were called The Brass Elephant, and elephants were everywhere. It was very beautiful. Although we didn’t have dinner at the hotel, we took advantage of the breakfast. They had make-your-own waffles, which was quite nice, but sadly, that is where the good ended. Powdered, dry, and cold eggs. Overcooked and cold Brown n Serve sausage. Bacon on the second day was no better, and the watered-down oatmeal was not edible. What a letdown for a place with so much to offer. The kicker was the waste. Everything, including the plastic utensils, was disposable plastic. As we know, that never decomposes. The bar was a saving grace. Excellent bartender. He made great cocktails and sarcastic jokes that made the evening a pleasant experience. It has a myriad of TVs with any show or sport you may want to watch. We would stay here again because of the cleanliness, courtesy, and closeness of the airport, but BW, you can do so much better. My rating would have been much higher had it not been for the dismal breakfast. P.S. There is an IHOP just two blocks away.
