Free filtered water dispensers on every floor is a nice touch as well. My issue is the false advertising of free breakfast. We chose this property based on that and it explicitly stated free breakfast on IHG Voca website at the time of booking. It is not free. Also, although close to the beach, it is not direct access. You have to walk a ways and around to get to it. If you have kids, good luck.
- PRPriscilla RomeroSep 9, 20261.0Overall, right now my experience I came to my room last night turned on my TV and there was no signal so I cannot watch anything to get me to go to sleep so that was just terrible, and then they have Wi-Fi here cause apparently they have bad reception all around and the Wi-Fi cuts in n out which is really bad especially when you have no signal here really so you’re hoping you have some Internet at least and you have none so when they said they have free Internet good luck trying and connecting
- MMMattSep 8, 20265.0I had a great stay and was the last guest to check in before officially they became a voco property. Nancy was incredibly sweet and had such a great attitude which was really nice to see after a long car ride and arriving at 1am. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Earlier in the day I was going to cancel due to getting in a accident I believed would’ve made my trip impossible so I had called to cancel the reservation thinking I would be screwed out of the money but they were so nice and waived it for me due to the unfortunate circumstance I was in. Relatively soon after I found I was able to get everything working and called to reschedule and they were able to get my stay back in the system with ease which was really sweet when I was in such a stressed position. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me over the phone maybe henry? But he was super understanding of my position and really helped me feel one less stressor in such a pressing time for me. The new renovations are gorgeous and the location is amazing. I recommend 100% visiting !
