  The only fundamental things I want out of a hotel: -Location: (1/1) Great -Bed: (1/1) Fine -Shower: (0/1) ZERO water pressure -Toilet: (0/1) Barely flushes -Internet: (0.5/1) Barely Works -Breakfast: (0.5/1) Kinda sad -Parking: (0/1) All hotels should offer free parking The hotel is under construction, but it seems like many of these problems (especially the bathroom) are by design and post-renovation. Like most things in the world now; looks nice but the fundamental things are impractical. Not worth the price.

  Do not come to this hotel! It is under renovation and we were not informed. The elevator is shut down. The jacuzzi is shut down. Our sweet was supposed to have a bath tub for our children and it does but does not spout to fill it up! The hot breakfast included is grab and go. We have never been so disappointed in a hotel

  Terrible experience. Where to start? First off, I had called this and other hotels asking for a late check out. I was told 1pm could be requested (first come first serve- fair). So 5am in the morning and was added on to the list to only find out they CHARGE for a late check out! Next, was NOt told over the phone that they were renovating. The elevator was not working And we had to walk up and down to the 3rd floor. Third, parking is not included. Never told that over the phone either. Then , despite requesting late check out, we still had the maid come knocking at our door asking if we were staying an extra night . I don’t blame her at all. Lastly, although 2 of the receptionist were very nice, the last one was confrontational with terrible customer service skills. Do NOT go here. Hidden fees/not upfront with extra fees. They are renovating. No elevator . No swim/spa

  Save yourself a headache and book somewhere else. Hotel said they were not paid by Hotwire so they charged us for our stay. After we contacted Hotwire, Hotwire called the hotel directly TWICE and the hotel did nothing to rectify the situation. The first time they said they couldn't do anything because a manager was not on duty. The second time said they were too busy with check-ins. I had to escalate the issue with Hotwire to be refunded. Also, the TV didn't work and the door to the balcony didn't open. Avoid.
