The first thing I noticed—and it’s a big deal for me—is that the entire property was very clean. You can tell the housekeeping team takes real pride in the rooms; everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and spotless. If you are a light sleeper like I am, you will appreciate how very quiet it is here. I didn't have to deal with any thin-wall issues or loud hallway noise, which made for a perfectly restful night’s sleep. The real highlight, however, was the service. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. They truly went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. If you’re looking for a reliable, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay in Simi Valley, this is definitely it. I’ll be back!
