  We had a comy and enjoyable stay here this week. The hotel was clean, the beds very comfortable and the staff were very professional and attentive. The room stayed cool on a hot August day/night and the hotel was peaceful and quiet so we slept soundly. The European Dutch/Bavarian design of the building was neat and makes it stand out. We enjoyed looking at the coi pond and taking some pictures around the premeses. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is some areas were in need of maintenance. For example, the bathroom door handle on our room 212 was coming off. If I travel in the area again, I will likely choose to stay here and hope to see some ofthese little maintenance itemms fixed.

  I enjoyed my stay here, the rooms were very clean, the interior was sunny yellow and happy 😊, there was a complimentary breakfast next door included. I ❤️ the Herbal tea offered in the room for those who cannot tolerate caffeine. The staff was very kind and theybhelped my son and wished him a Happy Birthday. It was a very good stay.

  Stayed for 6 nights -First off the rooms do not look how they are shown on their website (so I posted mine) It is definitely more outdated then the photos... -I'm hoping we just got a bad room, but the first thing was the floor, the floor was disgusting. I never took my shoes off after I noticed my blue socks were all black on the bottom after a few hours the first night. -We also had problems with our faucet. It wasn't working right and would spray weird and get all over the counter. It was honestly hard to wash our hands in the sink. -The shower would never stay the same temperature. You could have it all the way cold and within a minute it would just get scorching hot. I had to change the nossel temperature multiple times because it would just randomly get sooo hot.... that was miserable. -The ac unit also didn't work properly, and never got the temperature it was set to. -The pool was also dated from the pictures and dosen't look well kept. -Laundry room was small, with 1 washer & 2 dryers -The workout room was horrendous. Very small, but the worst part was the ac unit didn't work in there, so it was like 100°. -The internet was pretty laggy as well -Another annoying thing was the elevators were down, so we had to carry all our luggage down the stairways. Being a diamond reserve member (Top Status) so we stay at hotels all the time, this has got to be one of the worst ones we have stayed at... Like I said I just hope we got a bad room, and they aren't all that bad.

  Wonderful location and fantastic staff. All around a great experience; I highly recommend if anyone's over this way, definitely a place to stop over, relax, and recharge!

  Im staying here tonight. Nice rooms, clean rooms. Surprised, they have a small fridge and kuerig machine and large 42 inch Tv Breakfast is served downstairs. Small, they serve coffe, juice, muffins etc I would stay here again.
