  I had a great experience and was surprised because I don't know why the rating is so low. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was satisfactory, even though the space is small with few tables; it had hard-boiled eggs and waffles (tasty, even though they were pre made), yogurt, cereal, etc.

  A basic motel. Washing machine room locked and not available. Outside looked run down. The shower handle barely hanging on but had great pressure. Plus is the bath was clean. Staff friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Basic and the price was fair.

  This was easily the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. While the staff was polite during my one interaction with them, it was the only positive part of the trip. The moment I opened the door, I was hit with an overwhelming, foul smell of mildew that only got worse in the bathroom. Leaving the window open did absolutely nothing to help. The room itself looked nothing like the online photos, featuring a bizarre layout with an off-center backdrop and a bed shoved right against the bathroom door. To make matters worse, the bed was rock hard—it felt like sleeping on concrete. We actually woke up in physical pain every morning because it was impossible to get comfortable. I would strongly advise against staying here.

  Please stay away from this place, It's far from the usual Best Western experience. We had a 1 night booked and they email me stating my reservation was cancelled when I was on my way there. I called immediately to ask why and they told me my credit card was declined. In the many years stayed at hotels I have never been charged before my arrival to check-in. My card triggered a security issue and was declined after confirming the transaction was legit everything was fine with my CC, but no courtesy call from the hotel, no explanation just cancelled. RED FLAG #1 We arrived and ask front desk to explain, this kid keep repeating himself that we need a valid credit card. We try to explain the credit card is valid otherwise a reservation would have never go through but he refuse to provide hotel policy that they can charge the card on file before the guest arrives. I request to speak to the manager and we were informed he will not be there until Wednesday (this was on a Monday) I ask him to put him on the phone and refused. RED FLAG#2 After the unpleasant situation, they offer to make a new booking respecting the same rate we had. We would have been fine with this but this kid give us someone else's room. We walk into the room it was assigned to us and when we opened the door there was luggage shoes and clothes everywhere. RED FLAG #3 I was not going to tolerate any more of this and ask to cancel and a full refund. We are honest people and we left as soon as we saw belongings of other people, but imagine if we stay at this hotel and this kid gives someone else the key to our room jeopardizing our safety and our belongings. This place is a complete mess of incompetence and shady practices. This situation was reported to Best Western Corporate offices.

  Lots to be desired for "free" hot breakfast. Yogurt, hard boiled egg, toast and cereal. Very small room to eat in. Room had a bit of an odor. We travel with room freshener. 2.5 stars is a bit of an exaggeration. Maybe 2 at best.
