  Si el personal de seguridad actúa asi con alguien que esta grabando en la via PUBLICA, no me quiero imaginar como actuaron con sus huepedes, deben ser del asco, pareciera que fuese ilegal ser buena persona en México no lo recomiendo.

  I sent an email to their manager about their front desk employee David’s unprofessional behavior. Dear Luz Rojas, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an interaction I had with your front desk staff on Friday evening at approximately 9:30 PM. My wife and I were looking for a room after a tiring week of traveling from Chicago. Because my wife is highly sensitive to room odors and we have had poor hotel experiences in the past, I politely asked to briefly view a room before completing a reservation. This is a courtesy that other hotels have consistently accommodated for us. The front desk agent on duty, who identified himself as David G. ( I am not sure if this is his real name), refused the request, stating he was the only employee working and could not leave the desk. While I understand staffing constraints, I was surprised by the refusal and calmly informed him that I intended to share this policy and my experience with Holiday Inn Corporate. I then asked for his name. David handed me a card. He stated he was uncomfortable providing his full last name and wrote down "David G." However, what I found entirely unacceptable was that he intentionally drew a laughing emoji :) next to his name on the card. I maintained a calm and professional demeanor throughout our entire conversation. As a weary traveler simply trying to secure comfortable accommodations, being mocked in this manner was incredibly frustrating and highly unprofessional. I strongly suggest that this employee receives further customer service training. I have attached a photo of the card he gave me for your reference. Please be advised that I plan to share this experience in a Google review and will be forwarding this correspondence to the Holiday Inn Corporate office. I hope you take this matter seriously so that future guests do not experience similar treatment. Sincerely

  The dirtiest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. The carpet was filthy; the elevator looks like it was never cleaned. An alarm rang all night and the staff said the maintenance doesn’t get in until 9am. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they didn't have a manager in the building.

  This hotel does not meet the IHG or Holiday Inn standards you get across the country. It’s dirty, small rooms and noisy. Then I went to the snack counter and the Soda is 6$!! I’ll never understand why you offer a convenience to your guests who are already uncomfortable in their surroundings and small accommodations and pour salt in the wound with a 6$ soda! I wasn’t going to leave a review until the soda. The front desk lady said management made them raise their prices!

  I stayed at this holiday inn for a day and the experience I had was like a roller coaster ride. First, the parking was easy, and there were a lot of cars parked. Then I got into the lobby and the service and staff were all super nice, there were even people hanging out throughout the public space, which created a very welcoming feel. I got to our room, BOOM, raccoon outside. LOL, totally baffled. But pretty cute. But that drew attention to how much bird poop was on the roof. Went into the room, everything was nice and super clean. No bugs in the bed, the overall environment space was okay. The couch was a little stained. The room for the 2 bed room was a little small but pretty cozy. Then went to sleep, and at 5am, woke up to loud KERSHHEEEE KERSHEEE SHSHSHSHS KERSHEE. Turns out the water was leaking from the ventilation system in the bathroom. 😭😭😭
