  shower didn't work, only the bath faucet worked. room was clean, though the fire alarm seemed to have been tampered with. i mentioned these things at checkout so hopefully they've been addressed but i have no way of knowing. breakfast was good, but the coffee machine was broken on both days i was there. they had someone working on fixing it, it was just unlucky that it didnt get fixed before i left. i would also hope that the lobby furniture gets replaced as it didnt give a good first impression, it had some stains and damage. overall the stay was good but this place could use a few improvements.

  Housekeeping threw a bag of my dirty clothes away and management did nothing to reimburse me for it.

  Rooms are dirty, food made me sick (don't eat the fruit they leave out for snacks! They are old/moldy.) I was sick for 2 days after eating the fruit. They did change my room when I asked. The first room: microwave had crusted food on the front and the sheets were not changed (body hair).

  Very polite and attendant from desk crew. Everyone took really good care of the breakfast bar. I love that they keep the train station open for you 24 hours. You don’t find many hotels that are that courteous. They do allow dogs for a small fee and they are very pet friendly almost all the rooms are near the pet potty area. They hosted three franchise and three franchises had a time. Housekeeping also came in clutch. I needed quarters for the laundry machine and Other the front desk forgot to get memorial day change the housekeeping was prepared lol.
