  The rooms of this motel are dirty. The bedspreads are dirty and falling apart, the towels are hard like sand paper. The wall unit Air Conditioner smells musty and doesn't have a thermostat, the filter was broken and the staff didn't do anything about it. I cleaned off the nightstand lamp with a bathroom wash cloth, and quickly polished a clear spot on the lamp, and soiled the wash cloth with the residual dirt from the lamp switch (as if it had NEVER been cleaned). The room had hand lotion next to the sink, not soap, so I would have to go back to the shower to get soap to wash my hands (soap from a dispenser, not a bar of soap). There was human hair on the bathroom floor when I checked in, and it wasn't cleaned up by the maid service after a turn down. Unfortunately, the room was prepaid and I had to spend a few nights there. I didn't sleep well, and I'll never stay in a Best Western again anywhere. I'm embarrassed that I stayed here.

  I booked a room through Expedia for my mom and aunts and they gave a prepaid room to some guy. What was the point of including my mother’s information and credit card number on file if you weren’t going to check and just give it up to whoever showed ups and asked for a room. A room that was fully paid in advance. The person told my mom they did not have their reservation and Expedia contacted only to be the told was used and they checked out in the morning. Who did you give my mother’s room to? Horrible service pocketing our money while my family had to sleep in the car while some random slept in her room with the money we paid.

  Let’s just get to the review! If you were raised in a barn with feral cats, this is your home away from home. Check in was a breeze and the clerk didn’t seem to hate his job. Great news, right? Wrong! As I walked up the flight of stairs (pretty sure there’s no elevator), I had the immediate thought that I may have checked into the Bates Motel. Let me tell you, that would’ve been an upgrade to this place! As soon as I opened the door to room 126, I got punched in the face by the putrid smell of cat pee! Sucker punched! Over and over again, all night long. It can’t be that bad, right? Wrong again! If the smell alone wasn’t enough to keep me awake, the air conditioner did not cool the room at all until an hour before checkout. It turned on and made noise, just enough to taunt me and drown out some of the traffic noise. Did I mention the room smelled like cat pee? Hot cat pee! I sprayed some girly body spray to try to mask the smell, but bath & body is no match for cat pee. I unpack my toiletries and wash my hands compulsively because I’m still not sure what Garfield has tinkled on but I’m pretty sure he’s lifted a leg on everything that’s touching the floor. Apparently Garfield also wipes because there are stains on the hand towel. We’re going with this thought because the alternative is that it’s THOSE kind of stains. You know what I’m talking about. At this point, I’m inspecting everything and not taking a single piece of clothing out of my bag, which is on top of the table out of fear that the smell would follow me home like the stray cat that lived in the room. The bed closest to the bathroom also had stains on the white top cover so I’m definitely not laying on that one! It’s already midnight and I paid for the room so I make a go of it. If there’s a plus, it’s that cat’s don’t like water so the bathroom didn’t smell as bad as the rest of the room and the water pressure was amazing, not amazing enough to rinse the smell from my nose, but a break from the litter box. If this sounds like your go to hotel, put on your shit kickers, overalls, straw hat, and fork over your $150.
