  Serious highway noise. Repeat: Serious. Small rooms: limited space even for luggage. Noise from people walking in the room above. Old property, previously not Holiday Inn. Staff are great. Amenities and F&B are typical HIEX. Recommend against.

  I've stayed here twice now and its been great both times. Staff is wonderfully kind, and rooms are squeaky clean.

  I had a chance to talk to the manager Katrina and i can tell that you dnt want to book anything reservations through this hotel. I made a mistake of booking this hotel thinking its Santa Rosa California and hotel made no efforts to resolve the issue or offer any kind of support. Manager was rude and would not listen to anything. I wish i never had to accept any services through this chain of hotels

  This was totally amazing for a chain hotel. We have never had a better experience. It’s brand new, right off US 101 but arranged so the rooms have the least possible road noise. A cute small pool and patio area cleverly separated by an attractive stone wall so you don’t see the highway. Multiple electric outlets at the bedside for charging. Super clean, excellent mattresses. Real blackout curtains. . Breakfast standard for HI but best quality of everything, clean fresh and hot and healthy versions egg white omelets, fat free yoghurt, real butter, very good sausage and coffee. And staff was perfectly trained, friendly and professional. We had a balcony room with a tiny office space which was exceptional. GM was terrific. Definitely our new go-to in Santa Rosa, which we visit frequently.
