  The hotel is very clean and new Beds are comfy. On the breakfast area, The staff Cecília was very polite and helpful Besides of being very cordial The breakfast was good I definitely will stay here again

  Stayed for a month in July 2026, nice staff, and delicious breakfast. Cicilia is one of them arranging breakfast, very nice person.

  I had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I arrived. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made me feel valued as a guest. Their exceptional customer service and genuine friendliness made all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality.

  Never stay here, called to say I would be a late arrival from having a tire blown, the front desk girl said it was fine then proceeded to cancel my reservation that could then not be reinstated at the same rate it would be several hundred more dollars than when booked before hand. This was already a drive of 6 hours to get here, so to find out the front desk cancelled it upon arrival was less than a pleasant shock, on fourth of July weekend no less. After about an hour of me talking to booking and trying to find somewhere to stay, the gm created a new booking for me at the rate I had booked for, which I greatly appreciated as it was about midnight and I was about to sleep in my car. I was not able to get a refund on what was partially prepaid for, but I appreciated the hotel helping as booking showed me it was on hotel end, hotel showed it was on bookings end and I was in the weeds. The bed was extremely comfy, and breakfast especially on the weekends was phenomenal. After all the extra stress and extra costs I did end up staying 1 day less than originally planned for, but it was for the best as I was right next to the elevator. Thank you again for your help
