  Cecilia demuestra un excelente servicio al cliente, siempre con una gran disposición para ayudar y hacer que los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos. Incluso tuvo el lindo detalle de intentar enseñar español a algunas de las personas que se estaban hospedando en el hotel, algo que me pareció muy especial y demuestra su entusiasmo por conectar con los demás. Sin duda, Cecilia es una persona que aporta mucha energía positiva al hotel. ¡Gracias por tu excelente actitud y por hacer que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable!

  My pup needed emergency surgery last night. I stayed on a whim at the closest hotel i could find. The night staff was welcoming. The complimentary coffee and breakfast were absolutely delicious. And the morning staff was really great. Highly recommended

  Extremely clean and quiet hotel. Yes you do hear expressway traffic but it blends in if you run the ac :). The staff are all very welcoming, kind and friendly, and definitely professional. The cleaning staff and cooking crew were very thorough and skilled at their jobs. The breakfast was a big one, with two types of eggs (some days omelets, some days scrambled, both plain and seasoned), pork and turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, multiple types of cereal, breakfast beverages, and yogurt, fruit, and boiled eggs. The pool looked clean and inviting and the patio has several tables with umbrellas to sit and eat or relax in. The workout room was small but had all the major workout needs covered. Located right by a nice mall and a short distance from several restaurants.

  What an absolutely lovely place for us to rest in preparation for dropping off our son for his first day move-in at SRJC. The front staff in both the evening and the morning were excellent - at check-in and check-out. It's the little things. Being greeted with a small gift bag with two bottles of water and some sweet and salty snacks was really awesome after a long 6 hour drive. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. Then when we left, the desk clerk let us know that SRJC parents get a discount when they come down and visit their children. We will definitely be back. Affordable luxury at economy prices - paired with awesome customer service (which more and more seems like a lost art, so this was very refreshing!)
