  Absolutely a joy to stay there, from the cookies to the attentive maid service, to the front desk who always treated me with a can do attitude and a smile, it was, by far, the smootjest and most enjoyable hotel stay o have had in a long time. Bravo Zulle, great job. Stay here if you want someone to be available to help you out, does so warmly, but doesn't push things on you, and doesn't seem to be judging your requests. Close to the beach, the bus, the light rail the 3d street promenade are for larger merchant shipping and the Main St. Section if you want a lower key (though in Santa Monica the status quo is already low key--why I need a love the place) beach village shopping feel

  Really nice hotel! Definitely pricey but the amenities are really nice. Breakfast is delicious and the bikes are super handy! Definitely expensive but nice place

  From when we first walked in we were treated so nice. Everyone was so kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Best hotel to visit

  First and foremost, I need to thank their manager, Shaunique, for the exceptional service and for rectifying American Express’s absolute mess up on our reservation. I have never had a hotel manager be so understanding and swift to rectify an issue. She was a dream to deal with. I can’t praise her enough for her professionalism, kindness and amazing attitude.

  I didn't stay way to pricey for me but I did see it and it is very nice on the outside I'm sure for 550 a night must be nice
