  Good hotel, rooms are nice and clean. Staff is great, the conter lady is so nice. We reached there early but she managed an early check in for us. The Macdonald is very near. The super store is on next street. The metro station is 15 min walk and metro bus station is 3 min walk. Great location.

  Everything was great. The check in process was smooth. Staff were friendly. The room was clean and had everything that we needed (except for a safe but I think that some other rooms have them). The room was better than we expected. Parking space was easily available. Location was safe and quiet. Breakfast was adequate although a few pieces of bacon or ham would have been welcome. We had a courtyard room and it was nice and secure with it's separate entrance. We were able to drive everywhere we wanted from this spot with no difficulty. There's also a bus stop very close to get you to Santa Monica Beach. There's a Trader Joe's next door and also a Macdonald's and another cafes and restaurants within 5 to 10 mins of walking distance away. Paid a very price for it due to the season and also due to football and I believe that the parking should be free at that price point. But had to pay additional $11 per night on top. But I guess that it's LA and at least you know that it's safe.

  John at the Best Western provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Check-in was smooth, all of my questions were answered, and he made me feel genuinely welcome. Employees like John are the reason guests come back. Thank you for making my stay a great experience. Highly recommend!

  I really enjoyed my stay here. Hotel has a beachy vibe and the rooms are up kept really well. Easy to walk to bars, reasturants, stores, etc and only a short trip to the beach.
