  I really enjoyed my stay here. Hotel has a beachy vibe and the rooms are up kept really well. Easy to walk to bars, reasturants, stores, etc and only a short trip to the beach.

  Bon séjour dans cet hôtel, la chambre est très bien équipée (manque juste un coffre fort). Le personnel de chambre est très serviable, le petit déjeuner était agréable si vous aimez manger sucré. Quartier calme. Dispose d’un parking à une dizaine de dollars par jour ce qui n’est pas négligeable !

  We stayed at this location last night and we would strongly advise others to steer clear of it. The room was incredibly loud the entire night whether it was footsteps above us, the gate leading into the courtyard, or the pipes in the walls. Our toilet would not flush at all so that was less than ideal to say the least. When taking my shower, the water pressure kept fluctuating and every time it happened, it would spray cold water. The entire stay was unpleasant and Best Western would do well to take their name off of this one.

  Great spot for a night near enough to LAX and the metro. The staff were a highlight, they were so amazing at their jobs and their energy was infectious. Hilda was amazing and made me laugh every time I entered the lobby! I stayed in a queen bed room. Room had a samsung TV, fridge and AC, and the bed was comfy - i slept really well. The surrounding street is pretty good, not sure why I was expecting worse! Short walk to trader joes and a famous diner. There’s an even better street a short walk behind the hotel.

  The hotel is in a very good location for visiting Los Angeles. It is easy to get to the highway. The hotel looks nice overall. There is parking available, which costs about $12 per night. The free breakfast was surprisingly good, with a decent selection. The room and the bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were fresh. We have no complaints about these things. Unfortunately, the room was not well soundproofed. We stayed on a lower floor and could hear every step from the guests above us. The wooden ceiling creaks with every movement. This made it hard for us to sleep, and we woke up several times each night. Also, the entrance gate makes a loud noise, and we could hear it clearly in our room. We stayed in room 302. Overall, we were satisfied and can recommend the hotel. Maybe we were just unlucky with our neighbors.
