- GEGabriel EMay 13, 20261.0cancelled my reservation and they didn’t refund the money. after ten days I called (thankfully i remembered to check) and they confirmed that “the refund didn’t process when you cancelled your reservation” I find this unacceptable. had i not called, i would have probably lost the money… does their system forget to charge too???
- CCChammy ChanMay 11, 20265.0This Hotel is a GEM 💎!!! Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the interior design but the staff are extremely well trained and all seem to be the nicest people! I’ve visited a few times and every single time, the service is consistently excellent! Tonight I accidentally left my phone and didn’t call until 2 hours later. The team located it and held it for me with security. Can’t beat that! Come for special occasions… they go all out! Also grateful for the baby friendly, spacious all-gender restroom near the lobby. Makes changing a baby a breeze! Make reservations at Orla the restaurant by Michael Mina. The food is phenomenal!!!

Used the eBikes to ride down to Venice Beach. Really loved the atmosphere and the staff were all super accommodating and friendly. All things considered it was value for money. Thanks Team.
