quite a few issues. arrived at room and noticed an ant farm by the air conditioning unit. fleas on the bed. whole room reeked of body odor. called the front desk to change rooms. next room was in poor condition as well. fridge was extremely loud. there was hair in the ice bucket and the tv remote was covered in a strange slimy substance…felt uncomfortable during the entirety of my stay.

Best Western SC was a clean and updated hotel. Bathroom was beautiful and room decor was good. We were on the 3rd floor and it was so quiet. Located right off highway 1 on Ocean Blvd. Elevator from parking under hotel goes straight up to room floors so easy to bring up and take down luggage. The free breakfast was great. Lots of variety. They didn't have bacon but plenty of sausages. Saturday morning they had biscuits and gravy and cheese omelets. I would definitely stay here again.

Zero starts if I could ,Wouldn’t recommend, my family and I checked in here and my 2 yr old found diabetes test strips with blood on them in the drawer unknown if she was poked or not we contacted the front desk and they told us they would refund our money! After talking to management,money never was refunded so when I called to ask about my refund I was hung up on by the staff. They neglected to tell me I would have to go through the third party to get my money refunded. The manager has never called me to set up a location to get my daughter tested from being exposed to bio in a “clean” hotel room .
