    Just got home from our 2 night stay at Best Western Valencia. We had a wonderful time at this hotel, we're actually going to book it again in december for our next trip to Magic Mountain. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff especially Naomi were on point and amazing. Super close drive to Magic Mountain and plenty of food options, there's even a Denny's they share a parking lot with. They provide a hot breakfast of waffles, eggs and sausage along with the usual continental set up. Only small bummer is they don't have their own pool right now since it's under construction. However they let you use the sister hotels right there, it's a small walk but worth it for the kids to burn some energy off.

    Mark,Front Desk position,provided our family with exceptional hospitality. We had an issue with opening our couch into a bed.He responded to our request for assistance with a kind ,friendly demeanour. He resolved our issue in addition to complimentary cookies and bottles of water for our entire family. This employees customer service reflects his commitment to going above and beyond ,assuring a return stay and a positive review.

    We stayed here while visiting Six Flags Magic Mountain and were very happy with our experience. Everything about the property was pretty much as expected, which is exactly what you want when traveling with a family. We booked a suite for our group of six, and the extra fold-out bed worked out great. The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable with plenty of pillows for everyone. The bathroom was spacious, and we appreciated having both a microwave and refrigerator available. A nice touch was that some of the amenities were tucked away inside what appeared to be linen cabinets, helping keep the room looking neat and uncluttered. There was also a convenient desk area for anyone needing to get a little work done. We stayed on the first floor and were very pleased with the location and ease of access. Breakfast was good overall. I wouldn’t rank it quite as high as some of the hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced in Orlando, but there was a solid selection and plenty to choose from. One thing future guests should be aware of is that this hotel appears to be very popular with families visiting Magic Mountain. Because of that, there was definitely a breakfast rush later in the morning, and the staff was constantly working to restock items that were running low. I went down earlier than the rest of my family and found breakfast to be quiet, relaxed, and much more enjoyable. Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient place to stay for a Magic Mountain trip, and we would gladly stay here again.

    Another stay, another visit. My stay was great! 6/5 for the location because it is near Magic Mountain and RIGHT NEXT TO DENNY'S! When we checked in, staff was very nice. Shoutout to the nice staff for checking us in and giving us an easy time. It took like 5 times to get the card to unlock, but it was ok. The rooms were clean. The bathroom and bedroom were quality. The beds are kind of comfortable, and the rooms at 8-9 PM were a bit noisy. I heard an argument, floor rattling, and a couple other metal clanks. It settled after a bit. I slept well. The AC kept us cool. The Free WIFI was great and easy, and I could play some Fortnite smoothly. The pool was closed tho. In the morning I went to the free breakfast which was great. People were friendly, and the waffle making stations were convenient.

    I stayed at Best Western in Valencia June 8th. I got charged $175.70 for the room then, got charged $190.84 during my stay which cost the same amount on my reservation. I had another charged that they put for $20 on my account on Tuesday June 10th so, I told my friends hey we got charged for it and I’m like I’m glad we did because, the lady didn’t charge me but, when I head home I get paid yesterday. I look at my bank account today and I was like $200 short and bank account telling me I’m short. I looked at my bank to find out they charged $210.84. I called the number about why I got charged for it and he said the same thing. I already got charged why you guys trying to steal more of my money. This now the reason why if I stay at this hotel again (which I will not) screenshot my bank account and send them this to their clerk and be like don’t charge my card if you guys already did. I would get charging my room for breaking anything but, I never do that. It’s just messed up and foul they did that I really wished they could’ve told me when checking out I will get charged another $210.84 for it! I screenshot my room number and yes I seen it the $10 charging but, not hey we are going to finalize the whole room three days you leave our property! I will never stay here again unless someone from higher ups or anything can please call me or email me so, I can talk to them. Please don’t stay here
