- ONOzaer NajimAug 15, 20263.0stayed here as an IHG Platinum for 4 nights. No room upgrade from front staff...$24 prkg fee...only 2 waters PER stay....not per day as a platinum member. Housekeeping did sloppy job.....took used towels but failed to replenish with new. Floor hallway not routinely cleaned...as I saw the same potato chip for 2 days crumbled. There is a Nespresso machine which was nice...but once again they failed to replenish the capsules. Defly not a great IHG property......still waiting for my towels as I write this review. No plans to stay here again....or recommend to other future guests.

I noticed the hotel had changed names since last time I had been there. I noticed a change in the decore, and a few superficial upgrades to the entrance of the restaurant. The hotel marketplace also looked fresh. I asked the pair about the hotel name and they were both very knowledgeable, gave me the meaning of the name and the origin as well. I loved the vibrant colors! The hotel through out felt and smelt cleaner and more fresh.

We come every year and this year our stay was very short. No room's. Shout out to staff, Michelle, she was great even recommended a great place to eat. Loved it! Thank you
- LBLindsey BartonJul 21, 20261.0Just fyi if you are a foodie, there’s no where in this hotel to eat your food. They want you to eat in your room or at the pool. Yes, there are plenty of tables but you can’t use those. I guess that explains the crumbs left all in my room. Also, explains the roaches I did see. The fact that you force people to eat in a carpet room snd then don’t clean it properly is disturbing. Don’t waste your money here there’s plenty of other options close by with tables to eat at.
