    Хороший готель цієї лінійки, дають спеціальні талони на сніданок,без них сніданок буде платний.Номера чисті,территорія доглянута,багато парковачних місць.Номера обладнані всім необхідним,також є ліфт.В номерах є мікрохвильовка та кофемейкер,це дуже зручно.

    It’s a really nice hotel however, There front desk representative is the face of this property . My experience was not a good one. Upon arriving, no greeting no smile. I was the one who initiated the greeting and still no hello, nor a welcome, it was do you have a reservation? What is your name?. His whole demeanor was very poor. He seemed to be somewhat standoffish. I’m not sure if he was experiencing a bad day prior to me coming in however he had a job to do and that was to provide high-quality Customer Service and that was a fail. Strongly recommend Individual Development Plan (IDP) for attitudinal training as well as Cultural awareness training.

    I’ve always held Best Western to a high standard and have never been disappointed in previous stays but during this visit, check-in was difficult, I wasn’t able to get into my room until after 11:30 pm, and I also noticed a bug in the front lobby upon arrival. However, given the late hour and the long day we had already experienced, I chose not to make an issue of it at the time. The next morning, the shower in our room did not work, and while staff confirmed the issue and offered another room, we declined as we were preparing to check out. The front desk employee became defensive regarding his efforts to contact us about using another room to shower. I was confused by his reaction, as I believe it was clear that we were leaving and did not want to move to another room. Overall, these issues and the staff interaction left us disappointed with our stay.

    ⚠️ Warning to anyone considering staying at this Best Western location ⚠️ I accidentally left my backpack in my hotel room after checking out at 7:00 AM. The backpack contained my laptop and iPad. I didn’t realize it was missing until around 8:00 PM that evening. What concerns me is that no one from the hotel contacted me all day, even though the room had reportedly been cleaned around 11:00 AM. When my husband called the hotel, the employee acted as though the room hadn’t been cleaned yet and asked several strange questions about the bag. The most concerning part was that when I mentioned I could make my devices ring remotely, the employee suddenly said the backpack was sitting right in front of him. If the bag had been found hours earlier, why wasn’t I contacted? Why wasn’t it already logged and secured? When I called back to ask about getting my property returned, I was met with a rude attitude and told I would have to call back later to speak with a manager. Thankfully, it appears my backpack was eventually located, but the way this situation was handled left me with serious concerns about communication, accountability, and the handling of guests’ lost property. I have already contacted Best Western Customer Service and will be following up further. If you’re considering staying here, I encourage you to be extremely careful with your belongings and make your own judgment about whether this is a place you want to trust with your property.
