  Proceed with extreme caution before giving this place your credit card. Management overcharged my room rate at check-in, raised the price again later the next day, and stole a $200 security deposit after checkout using fake damage claims (following a bank investigation, I was able to get all my money back). This location operates like a protected family business. Front desk staff act like untouchable relatives who know management will cover for their misconduct no matter how they treat guests. Just look at the other reviews, $200 deposits stolen, rate changing, and staff harassment are part of a documented, ongoing pattern. What to do if you were scammed here: Freeze & Dispute Charges: Call your credit card issuer immediately to report unauthorized merchant charges. Under federal law, your bank will freeze the funds, force them to provide valid proof, and pull your money back via a chargeback. Or save yourself the headache and book literally any other property in the area.

  This morning Aug 16,2026 at 5am someone open my room door, the only thing that stop this person was the lock from the inside and because I wake up immediately and scream at him, he immediately closed the door. I tried to see through the window if it was anyone from the hotel and then I open the door to see better but nothing, which made me think it was no one from the hotel for sure. I called the front desk and the Asian guy sounded like defending the situation telling that it was the housekeeper and that a man checked out my room. It was just me and my daughter. On my opinion this Asian desk receptionist had something to do with it or happened too often that now is too familiar for him. My suggestion is all this hotels need a better security service. I still waiting for the manager to call me.

  This Best Western location was extremely comfortable & convenient. I was worried about its close proximity to the freeway but it was a non-issue. The staff was friendly, competent and extremely accommodating. Their breakfast selection was better than some other Best Westerns we stayed at and the grounds/property were beautiful.

  Six months ago I would have left a 4-5 star review. It's definitely a quirky place but still a pretty property and always had a laid-back feel to it. I've stayed here several times in 2026. I enjoyed my stays so much that I convinced our travel sports team to use it as a team hotel during our last stay (July 2026). This last stay was a real disappointment. Safety is my number one concern with this property. We stayed for several nights and on every evening there were three men hanging out, smoking marijuana on the east side of the property. At one point, they posed like their car with Nevada plates was out of gas - blocking the entrance to the property. I am 100% convinced this crew were cons and potentially dangerous. When I called the front desk to report my concerns I was met with indifference. They said they'd check it out and one hour later, the group was still there - nothing had been done. Beyond that, we caught the evening front desk staff in a lie. My wife called to ask for a late check out and the person who answered the phone told us to call and talk to the morning management team. My wife went down and spoke to someone different and they were able to accommodate a slightly later check out. I would share more details about the dates and times of my interactions but I've read the management responses to poor reviews - it is a copy/paste acknowledging the issue and promising to do better. Empty and meaningless. I believe there is a criminal, or criminally-complacent element in the night management staff. Until the owner/manager changes that, I will no longer be staying here - and would encourage you to find another place to stay, particularly if you value your safety, or the safety of your family.

  Absolutely awful hotel. Small rooms, dirty floor/rugs. Poor customer service. Disgusting breakfast. It was so bad that we checked out early and checked into LaQuinta which was a way better room, customer service, cleanliness, breakfast, etc.
