  After reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive about staying. But I was pleasantly surprised. We booked the suite king room. It was only for one night so we did not get to enjoy the room for very long. The room was clean. The panoramic view was a nice touch. The room was spacious. The TV was in a strange place but we don’t use the TV anyway. It can swivel to either side of the room. I was very pleased with the accommodations and the service. The hotel is located within a few minutes of the Royal port. It was convenient. The hallways and main parts of the hotel are dated and need some renovations but I don’t stay at a hotel for the hallways. I thought our room was very nice. We appreciate that the team put us on the top floor. There was NO noise at all. I cannot sleep with noise. We couldn’t hear anything from the hallway or other rooms. There is a small sink near the microwave and mini fridge. There is a desk and chair as well as a couch and a small seat. The bathroom was large. There was a Roman tub. Water pressure was decent. Overall we were happy.

  This is the second time we stay here. It's ver close to the Cruise port making it a wonderful location to spend a night. We had room 1023 it has a straight view of the Cruises coming in early in the morning. The kids enjoyed the pool the night before. It has an outdoor hot tub. I did use the gym, it had the basics to do a quick workout. Rooms are okay and clean for the night. Service at the desk was a delight. I will stay here in the future everytime we plan a Cruise from San Pedro. P.S. I uploaded a picture of our cruise in the morning, an idea of how close the port is. You still have to either use the shuttle or Uber to get there.

  To mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Choć bardzo go polubiłem to stan pokoi jest za każdym razem gorszy. -Klimatyzacja hałasuje nawet kiedy jest wyłączona. - Gniazda USB w lampach są uszkodzone i w większości nie działają Niemniej jednak, dostęp do basenu oraz całodobowa siłownia robią robotę. Miłym dodatkiem są małe kawomaty w pokojach oraz całodobowy dostęp do mikro sklepu przy recepcji. Lokalizacja i obsługa do tej pory nie zawiodły. Dla zainteresowanych, 15 minut od hotelu znajduje się Iron City Tavern prowadzona przez polki:)

  Every thing was adequate but updates are needed. Furniture run down some closet door stuck shut. Pool looked dirty as well as the deck from stains. Poor service in the restaurant if you order from the menu from one of the female waitresses. I asked her if I could h get my my bread toasted and she told me it was and I could feel free to manipulate it. I take that she meant I could toast it myself if I didn’t like it. And zi asked her if she could get it toasted more and she said it is but ok i’ll ask them to toast it again. Each day the menu is offered but they won’t give it to you unless you ask for it and they don’t like you ordering from it. They tell you you can get the buffet and I added or order from the menu and the reply is yes one item. Yes I knew that but they make it clear that they don’t want you to order from it. We tipped the first day but not the next two because of the hard time they gave us.I don’t eat from buffets so the rudeness wasn’t taken well. The 3rd and last day we went even offered coffee. Really rediculous.

  In desperate need of a refresh. The furniture is old, chipped and dated. I stayed in a Junior Suite and upon arrival there were no towels at all in the room. There is a major construction project across the street so I was awakened to cranes, yelling and someone repeatedly blowing a whistle.There is no bellman, no valet. The shuttle to the cruise terminal was booked and the latest one left at noon but my boarding time was 1:30 so I took an Uber. The subterranean parking garage is sketchy and it was difficult to find an open spot. Check in was smooth and the bed was comfortable so there's some redemption however if you want any semblance of elegance this is not your spot.
