    We had a great 2 night stay here. The room was beautifully appointed and the bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Everything was clean. Breakfast was standard fare holiday inn express but it was fresh and plentiful. Cinnamon rolls were on point. All staff was courteous and helpful. I am saddened to see they are transitioning from holiday inn express to Marriott but really enjoyed my stay here.

    CAUTION Not customer friendly. Oversold rooms and didn't care. VERY bad parking. Needs some maintenance to a decent hotel.

    Terrible attitude towards customers. After a long journey, I arrived a few hours early, before the 3 PM check-in time. Even as a Platinum member of the IHG network, I was rudely told that check-in is strictly at 3 PM. No welcome drink was offered. They just silently handed me the key and that was it. In the evening at 9:30 PM, the fire alarm went off throughout the entire building, and no one turned it off for 20 minutes. In the morning at breakfast, the front desk demanded my room number just to let me in. Disgusting customer treatment.

    I gave room a 2, at least they were clean. Stuff grumpy and unhelpful. Had an accident in the room. There was blood. Could not get ahold of anyone from the from desk for the first 30 minutes. Then when I ran down to the desk to explain it took over 2 hours! To get some attention to the room and the stuff that showed up was so rude and judgmental I couldn’t believe it. That’s just one part. The hotel lobby was in construction I get that serving people out of the window ridiculous shutting down all facilities elevators workout rooms having a grabbing Grow breakfast so nothing that makes a hotel stay worthwhile was available and no discounted rates. It was a complete shamble fire alarms going off in the middle of the day could not get any sleep lights in the room that you couldn’t turn off TV volume locked that you couldn’t turn down 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
