  Preso una camera per la notte del 14 agosto. Abbismo avuto bisogno, del loro aiuto. Complimenti allo staff! Efficienti, professionali, disponibili e gentilissimi.

  We've stayed here before and they have a good size suite, front desk staff friendly BUT the housekeeping service was horrible. There were plenty of chip crumbs found in multiple places when we checked in, in between the loveseat and stool, so a pretty obvious spot. Lots of scraps and hair still around the bathroom. Looked like it was just swept with a broom and not even vacuumed. Room booked for 5 people, only had 3 sets of towels. We had to ask for extra towels multiple times. One time we got them one time we didn't and had to ask again in the morning. The 1st morning we asked for full service of the room, old towels were not exchanged for new ones, we only had the ones we didnt use the night before. We went to ask and never had them delivered the 2nd night. The 2nd morning had to ask again for more towels,, the front desk female (believe she is manager) asked if we wanted full service in the morning when I went to ask for more towels, they dropped off towels on the sofa when we came back after breakfast at like 10am while the sign was on the door. We removed the sign from the door when we left again and when we returned in the afternoon NOTHING was done. Had to go down to front desk again and the guy saud it was too late for full service. I had to insist on someone coming to at least take the trash. We waited another hour. I dont know if housekeeping assumed ainxe we still had the sign they dropped off towels and didnt come back. Also the staff when we checked in kept saying when breakfast was (6-10l not confirming if we had breakfast or not so when we went down the 1st morning, we thought we had breakfast and the morning female staff confirmed we did not have it and that because it was Saturday, breakfast was 7-10. It was very misleading repeating what time breakfast was even though we didnt have breakfast included.

  Excellent value and service. Issa at the front desk was incredibly warm and accommodating when we arrived late at night. Seeing how exhausted we were after a long drive, he upgraded us to a larger room and gave us a parking spot closer to our room, making it much easier to carry our sleeping children inside.

  The man who was working the front desk in the evening (7:30pm) on 7/24/26 was really rude. I’ve stayed here multiple times and never have had an issue with the staff. The guy, tonight, had a rude tone, tried to hide paying for parking by calling it “incidentals” which is what is returned if the room. After I put in my card he said it was for parking. Staff should not lie about what a customer is paying for.
