Great location just outside of Yosemite national Park. The staff was friendly and the hotel met Holiday inn Express standards.

Older, but plenty of space, functional kitchen. No frills but perfectly located and good sized for productivity

This hotel is old, the carpets are stained. The TV reception is terrible, they have a channel card in the room that doesn't match up with the TV. They have an onsite restaurant, when I requested to look at the menu the woman handed me a menu that has some kind of sticky substance all over it. I had to go wash my hands. Needless to say I did not eat at the hotel. All of the handicap parking spaces were roped off for no apparent reason for the 2 days I stayed here.

This has to be one of the worst and unprofessional establishment i have encountered in the Hotel services. So let me start with arriving at the establishment with no one at the front desk to greet you or help you . Then a young black man strolled up approximately 15 minutes later with no explanation or apology for not being at desk and even had the nerve to have an attitude like he was annoyed i was trying to check in not only was his customer services skills absolutely rude his attire was also unprofessional with his pants hanging halfway down his buttocks showing his underwear then he proceeded to stick his hands down his pants and who knows what he scratched I turned away at that moment because a lady entered the desk area and i made sn attempt to speak with her as she was the manager i would say maybe asian or poly she came in and announced that she hasn’t had a pee break and needed to go pee and left the scene i mean what a joke this place is and it’s obvious the employee takes his example from the manager who doesn’t care about this establishment. I have to give a compliment ti the house keepers who did there job well and the Chinese guy who to over the desk when i checked out . I would never go back to this Hotel and i hope corporate reads this and does something about it. This happened on the day shift around noon
