  Yes, this is an older hotel, decor is a tad dated, however, it's clean with a super comfy bed and very quiet and spacious room. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again when visiting San Luis Obispo.

  Hotel péssimo, uma amiga foi fazer uma reclamação na booking foram super arrogantes e disseram que critica eles não ligam e não estão nem aí, o consumidor que paga fica como idiota? Nossa pior hotel da vida!

  Do not stay here! This place is dirty the front desk young lady is very unprofessional "You don't need to give your feedback on this one" So let us give you the run down of our horrible experience checking into this dirty hotel ! See photos this is what we walked into !! The smell was even worse ! It smelled like sewage to the point where the young man that walked up to our room smelled it way before entering! So we requested a change to a clean room ! Only to get into a new room which was not any cleaner then the last but didnt smell as bad. When we checked into that room the TV was not working so we called front desk they sent maintenance he couldn't figure it out , then the young man came in later & tried to fix it no luck 😳 then the girl who said she was the supervisor came in gave her attempt & no luck.. Just imagine laying in your hotel exhausted with several workers coming in & out !!! She then said she was going to call the provider to find out what the issue is ( which we caught her in a lie , She never called ) this is now 2 hours later after our 3 hour drive there to SLO !! I finally got sick of waiting walked into the office interrupted her gossiping away about their manager while we had been waiting over another hour !! So I asked her so what's the status of the outage & what did she plan on doing to accommodate out stay since we paid about $400 to have complete use of all amenities mentioned on the site ! Or can we cancel our stay since we are have do many issues hours later still ! She tells me I called they said its an outage throughout our hotel on that side .. I said no thats impossible our neighbors to each side & in front have working tvs so we need a refund or a different room She tells me unfortunately its past the time for cancelation policy we have here & She proceeded to tell me & I'm also swamped at the moment with checkins .. I said oh I am in no rush tell you what I will hang out here in the lobby while you go check for an available room with an operating TV.. Minutes later with her attitude again tells the young man Cover the front I HAVE TO FIND A TV ! So I stopped her & said look I do not understand why you're taking these issues that are clearly not our fault so personal!! If you were a paying guest as we are you'd expect the same amenities you were promised on your site right? This is how we all book our rooms we look through photos read through the amenities then book ! I also asked her if she even reached out to the manger she said she had then we found out from the young man that she had not even called her or the provider !! All the while having us wait hours !! She finally comes back again with thee attitude & tells us I had no luck finding a working tv on this side so I will give you a complimentary upgrade on our other section of our hotel that has a different TV service provider , I checked & that TV does work... To my surprise this room was the room that they did advertise on their website most definitely not the horrible rooms they offered us from the start ! That section was completely available ! While the front end was completely booked! Seems as through they advertised the newly renovated section on the site but want everyone to check in & stay in their run down old rooms instead! I have made calls to the city of SLO to bring this place up to CODE IMMEDIATELY! I'd hate to have another family go through what we had to unfortunately experience! Fire that young lady immediately she has no place in the hospitality business at all!! ( I will find the card she provided us with & update names) , very dishonest & unpleasant to deal with ... DO NOT BOOK HERE ! that was no upgrade that is the room you're advertising on your booking site ! Stop baiting folks into booking with you when these are the filty rooms you have to offer them ! Expect visits from Code enforcement & the health department!

  Hôtel vétuste, chambre très minimaliste. Aucune isolation acoustique, il y a du bruit absolument toute la nuit entre des pompes en marche et les autres personnes qui crient avec leurs enfants ou claquent les portes. De plus les essuis comportent des trous et sont déchirés. Le prix de la chambre est exorbitant comparé à ce qu’on a ! C’est à la hauteur d’un simple motel à 50$ mais avec plus de 4x le prix! Vraiment le pire rapport qualité prix qu’on ai eu de tout notre séjour aux USA. Nous sommes vraiment très déçus de notre expérience et ne le recommandons vraiment pas.
