I came to her totally exhausted and in moderate discomfort (on 10/2/2026, Friday evening) She was extremely helpful in assisting me find a room that was more reasonably priced for the night. Rooms were priced high due to parents weekend at the local college. She took the time to look at the local Best Western sister hotels and she found us a great alternative room. I want to recognize Roxana's kindness and concern for myself and my traveling companion. She went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service. Thank you Roxana, you are greatly appreciated and Best Western is fortunate to have you as an associate. I will continue to use Best Western for my traveling needs.

We were nicely welcomed by Anthony who gave us towels for the hot tub, directions to everything and what to expect for our stay, he was awesome! Hot tub, room, bed, showers were clean and nice, bed was comfy and we had a nice stay! Next day Maetzy(Spelling) check us out and gave us the coffee and breakfast information. We enjoyed our experience and this will be where we stay next visit!

Rosalina (Rosa) from the kitchen was a delight to start my morning. She was so clean, friendly and tentative to everyone's needs during breakfast. Breakfast was filling and always appreciated. I would definitely book here again.

However, as he has encountered multiple best western employees from coast to coast (he currently has over 250,000 points because he stays at best Westerns all the time) he has declared Anthony the very best customer service representative he has ever encountered. Anthony is outstanding! We are so grateful to have met him on our visit to CA.
