- LRLex Rivers3 days ago5.0First time here it was a nice stay. The restaurant/bar is very convenient. It has a swimming pool and a nice sized fitness room that has a restroom also. Also has a business center with 2 computers. Lots of places to eat around. Highly recommend it.
- SEShizue Endo5 days ago1.0I stayed in Room #329 last Thursday. After checking in, I noticed mosquitoes buzzing around my room, and later a fly landed near my dinner. Since I am very sensitive to mosquito bites, I considered changing rooms but had already unpacked. The next morning, I politely mentioned the issue to the manager and asked if anything could be done to improve my stay. He replied, “Mosquitoes and flies are natural. There is nothing we can do.” I was disappointed by both the insects in the room and the manager’s response. I have never experienced this in any other hotel, and I would not stay here again.

Homeless surround the property, staff seems burnt out and the hotel is literally worse than the one I stayed at in Alabama. Do better.

For a property like this, it feels like an unnecessary extra fee that should just be included in the rate. Verdict: It’s a functional place to sleep, but the unfriendly customer service and the parking fee mean I’ll likely look at other options next time.
