- RVRob VillanuevaJun 22, 20261.0Horrible experience, denied my reservation, Booked a room for my Son as he arrived in San Jose Airport from boot camp, the plan was for him to shower an unwind from his trip until I could get to San Jose, 6 hours away. Well thev denied his check in as he is 19 years old about to be 20. due to their "strict" policy needing to be 21. Staff was not helpful as they did not care that he had nowhere to go and was left stranded and refuse to refund money. How absurd it is to be able to sign up to serve our country at 18 years old but cannot check in to a room at 19 Unbelievable. Do better.
